I used Murphy Janitorial for a carpet cleaning @ my apartment. the price was reasonable and the…read moreservice was excellent. I will say that one of the benefits to having my carpet done with them was the fact that my allergies were much much better after the cleaning. They do have MicroBan available (It's this chemical that absolutely kills anything and everything microbial) so for us allergy sufferers or even pet owners, they are awesome. They also got out some wicked stains that I thought were unremovable lol. Only con I would say is that the machinery they use for cleaning takes them awhile to setup and clean as opposed to the truck based machines. So you might need to set aside a few hours when they come by to your joint,.

She gave me an…read moreinitial quote which was reasonable, did a walkthrough and gave me a final price up front, again reasonable price for the service. She arrived on time, was completed by the time requested, and did an outstanding job. I have no idea how she got our showers and tubs so clean. They looked almost new. All the smudges on the trim and baseboards - gone. Kitchen sink and microwave - spotless. All flooring was immaculate. It really put a beautiful finish on the house. We ended up with multiple offers and sold the house at a great price in under 18 hours. Definitely recommend and will hire her again in the future!

Highly recommend.

Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and professional, and the amount and quality of work done for the price asked is actually kind of insane. I would say it's like getting champagne and caviar for the price of a Big Mac, except I think Big Macs might actually be more expensive these days.

The stairs may have been swept, but given the debris left behind, they were not vacuumed or cleaned with water. Other than that, the handrails were wiped down, and nothing else was done. Our property manager accidentally paid the bill, and when she called to follow up on the poor service, Jan Pro said there was nothing they could do. I called myself, and left a detailed message with someone, and did not even receive a call back. We will not be using Jan Pro again in our condos.
