She arrived on time, was completed by the time requested, and did an outstanding job. I have no idea how she got our showers and tubs so clean. They looked almost new. All the smudges on the trim and baseboards - gone. Kitchen sink and microwave - spotless. All flooring was immaculate. It really put a beautiful finish on the house. The stairs may have been swept, but given the debris left behind, they were not vacuumed or cleaned with water. Other than that, the handrails were wiped down, and nothing else was done. Our property manager accidentally paid the bill, and when she called to follow up on the poor service, Jan Pro said there was nothing they could do. I called myself, and left a detailed message with someone, and did not even receive a call back. We will not be using Jan Pro again in our condos.
