I busted my tail to finish up and asked to leave even earlier, and take additional PTO in order to meet them at the earlier time. Well, 2:02 came and went with no one showing up. At 2:56pm, I asked if we were still on for 3:00pm, the original appt time. At 3:06, they texted back and said "All their techs had left for the day." Well, how were they supposed to do my carpets at 3:00 if they went home by 3:06??? After responding with my dissatisfaction, he tried blaming it on me because I didn't respond to his 1:22pm text. He didn't ask for a response, he just said they were coming early! What a piece of work! Take responsibility for your actions...not my fault in any manner. How about showing up as agreed upon?? Is that too much to ask?? I suggest anyone thinking of using their services to go elsewhere. AAHS is not worth your time or the frustration they cause. I choose to give my money to professionals, not hacks.

My mistake was calling the wrong franchise the next year. Steve showed up and demanded exactly DOUBLE what I'd paid the year before with a different Chem Dry franchise. He hates pets and insisted that all animals soil carpets: my cat did NOT, but he wanted to charge extra for pet stains that only he could see. He left large gouges in my wood floor and knocked an antique plate off the wall and broke it. During this entire nightmare, he was rude and then got pissy when I asked him to pay for the broken plate. He mentioned his local small business breakfast club and noted that members praise each other on social media whether they are actual customers or not. I assumed any positive reviews came from these friends. All Care Chem Dry is a great alternative. Fair price and very professional. All Chem Dry franchises are NOT equal!
