I read some of the other reviews and I think it's a very different story now. I get quoted 2 weeks but they're done sooner. They don't call which is a shame; many people forget to pick up their rugs! Give this place a chance. It's a humble shop with normal dudes doing a skilled service, and this service is a big part of "reuse, recycle" and keeping the landfills empty.

This year, I searched for someone with great reviews. I saw lots of rave reviews on Google. So I thought I'd give them a try. Those reviews ended up being well deserved! They showed up on time, were so very nice and respectful, reasonably priced and the best part of all--my carpet. Oh my!! I actually started tearing up because it is beautiful again. It's a light taupe and I've been so embarrassed about the spots all year. From the day last year when Stanley cleaned it, it was matted and never looked clean after they were done. The difference is amazing--it looks like new again! They even reminded me several times that my socks would be damp (not wet) and to be careful walking on my kitchen floor. I'm older and definitely don't need a fall. So that reminder was appreciated. Anyway, they just earned a new repeat customer. Highly recommend this company.

He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.
