A Steamatic team worked on our laundry cubby ductwork today, and cleaned the dryer as well (the…read moredryer had become unusable, just got hot but without it being able to vent clothes weren't getting dry). I clean the lint trap after every use but dust and pet hair still gets through it and builds up. They were courteous and professional, thorough, cleaned the space up afterward and reconnected everything and put it all back into place. The before and after photos were scary, the ductwork was completely occluded, it's clean and safe now and that's a relief. I recommend Steamatic wholeheartedly, they did the job for a good and fair price, no hidden costs, arrived when they said they'd be here, and did a fantastic job.

We noticed a significant amount of dust buildup around our vents, so we contacted Steamatic for a…read morefull cleaning. When I called, they quoted a price based on our home's square footage. Since that didn't feel precise, I asked for someone to come out and confirm the estimate. A staff member visited, counted all the vents and intakes, and explained that we had more vents than expected for a home our size, which increased the price. I appreciated the transparency there. Before scheduling, I asked how long the job would take. I was told two hours. The day of service was where the problems began. Two Steamatic employees arrived at 9 a.m. They explained they needed to set up a large vacuum system in the basement. Unfortunately, this equipment required more power than anticipated, and it took nearly two hours just to find an outlet configuration that would work. Once they began cleaning, the process took much longer than the original estimate - they finished at 4:30 p.m. That's a seven-and-a-half-hour job, not the two hours I had been told. I contacted Steamatic to express my frustration. To their credit, the company responded quickly: a supervisor came out several days later to inspect the work and found several issues, including dust on walls and ceilings, vents missing screws, and others not secured properly. Within a few hours, a second crew was sent to correct everything. Steamatic ultimately made things right. I received a revised invoice with a $177 discount, which I appreciated, and a VP called me personally to understand what happened. The supervisor also explained that the job should have been estimated at five hours - not two. One final note: no matter how careful the team is, vent cleaning does create some dust in the home. That's simply part of the process. Bottom line: Based solely on the service day experience, I would have rated this a 1. But because of how they handled the issues- prompt follow-up, corrections, and a fair discount - I'm giving them a 3 out of 5.

Being new to the area I depend heavily on customer reviews on yelp, yahoo, google etc... While this company only had 1 yelp review, I had a good feeling about them after reviewing their website and decided to give em a try. I called to inquire about whole house carpet cleaning and got a same day appointment for an inspection. While I wasn't planning on doing carpet repair, there were some areas needed so I went ahead. They did a very good job on both the carpet cleaning and repairs. I had a late appointment but they were prompt and worked diligently. They also charge the cleaning by the room instead of sq. feet. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend to others.

First let me say I'm a big animal lover. So my house sees lots of wear and tear. We've lost two…read moredogs and gained two dogs from puppy stage since moving in and laying all new carpet and tile 7 years ago. There just never seemed to be the right time to have someone to come in and clean. You know as dogs get older they have incontinence issues. And as you gain puppies there is the house breaking time... oh and there was only 5 days between the loss and the addition. Apparently I'm a soul who can't live with out a dog. Oh yeah I'm hear to talk about Ed Bledsoe and his company All Dimensions Floor Care. It was my mistake for choosing a light grout but honestly I haven't seen the true color since I laid the tile myself. The grout stands out the most but the carpets looked great. I even had them seal and polish the granite counter tops that I never seem to get around to maintaining while they were here. I always have the intention of sealing them but there always seems to be something else that makes me forget. Honestly it's only been about 6 months but I'm considering having them back cause now I can see the mud the dogs are tracking in. I can't believe I waited so long to begin with. Bottom line: Ed exceeded my expectations from his on time arrival to the detail and professional work he did. Totally recommend this company. He knows what he is doing.

About 3 weeks before the Groupon was set to expire, I called to make an appointment. I think the phone number is someone's cell phone that he answered "Hello." After determining that who I was calling was, in fact, Pro Carpet, I asked him if I could make an appointment to redeem my Groupon. He said he was on a job and to email them. I emailed, asking for a specific date so that I could redeem before it expires. The response was simply a phone number. No salutation, not explanation. So I called and left a message. He called back and told me the next available time was not for another month, after expiration, but they would still take my Groupon. We traded several emails and phone calls over the next few weeks. I asked repeatedly if any weekend dates were available and he continued to send me week days that I am unable to make work. All of his answers were short and impersonal with no explanation. One of them was actually gibberish. He finally stopped responding to me after about 5 weeks of me constantly following up. Guess they just wanted to take my money without doing any of the work. Thanks for nothing.
