I was in constant contact with one of the partners, Taelor. She was extremely nice and upfront with cost based on the size of the job. She was very friendly and understanding with my family out there and helped us with a difficult situation. Today, she sent me videos when she was finished and it amazing what her and her team were able to do in under 6 hours. My family was extremely happy with the cleaning and it was a big help to our unfortunate situation. We are going to have Taelor or someone from her team come back every 2 weeks to keep the unit clean. I highly recommend Southern Belle Cleaning!

After the very first cleaning--approximately 3 hours and NOT including my guest house--I was told the price would now be $ biweekly. That is a * 50%* increase immediately after agreeing to the original price. The actual cleaning was good, and I was pleased with how my home looked and smelled. My issue is strictly with the business practice. Had they quoted $ when they came to evaluate my home, I simply could have chosen whether to accept it. Instead, I hired them based on an agreed-upon price, only to have it changed after the first service. After having house cleaners for 20+ years, this unfortunately felt like a bait-and-switch. Good cleaning is important, but so are transparency, reliability, and honoring the price you quote. **Purposely withheld pricing as it is not anyones business what each client pays however this is about honoring good business practices overall.

My brother is not well. This we knew. But then the woman wants to double charge and take advantage of a disabled person/ family member. We don't have in-unit laundry, but she took the initiative to bring everything down to the laundry room and handle the loads herself. We've used another cleaning company before, and this deep clean was noticeably more thorough at a more reasonable price. She even got the spots my previous company couldn't clean! Her attention to detail really stood out. She checked the condition of the sheets and other items in the unit and flagged anything that might need attention, which was incredibly helpful between guests. She also videoed the property afterward, so I knew exactly what condition it was in when she finished. That kind of transparency gave me genuine confidence that everything had been handled properly. We will absolutely keep using Sunshine & Suds for our property. I'd highly recommend Kaycee to anyone looking for a cleaner who is thorough, reliable, communicative, and takes real pride in her work.

The renters left the house pretty clean so I was thinking about 2-3 hour cleaning service. 1. The house was still left dusty and not clean 2. Communication was the worst! I would mot have let her in if I had known she was a smoker. 4. The house smelled like dirty rags after. 5. Whoever is making the schedule is rude and not professional at all!! I had to get someone else to come clean again after paying $350. I will never recommend this business to anyone.
