They were efficient, hard-working, respectful, and got a lot done in a short amount of time. Dan from client service was great too. He made scheduling and billing really easy and kept me in the loop. I also appreciate that the company doesn't charge a fixed fee and will adjust the cost if the job takes longer or shorter. Overall, a smooth experience and I just confirmed my next appointment.

I especially appreciated how efficient she was--she was thorough and completed everything in a really reasonable amount of time, which isn't always the case with home cleanings. Whitney was punctual, efficient, and attentive to what we asked for.

Just a follow up to my first review of working with Girly:…read more I've been working with her biweekly since about October of 2022, and I am so thankful that I found her 3 years ago. She has been an absolute lifesaver, and it has made such a difference having her help with keeping my house clean. I travel frequently, spending about half the year outside of Illinois, and it is such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I never come home and worry about what state it will be in. I also struggle with ADHD, which makes creating and sticking with habits very difficult, and I have had the privilege of developing a routine to keep my stuff in order with biweekly services with her team. Girly works with my schedule and I never come back from being out of state to a home I'm miserable to be in. As for the value? While what this service provides for me is truly priceless, I do believe she is very fair in her pricing, and she delivers on what she says she will. On top of all of that, when she's here we have all kinds of great conversations, and I truly enjoy the presence she adds to my home when she's here!

The floors were not vacuumed or mopped (this was evidenced by the shoe prints on my living room rug). There was hair on the bathroom floor that was not mine, as well as a part of a tampon wrapper on the floor. There were crumbs and streaks on the kitchen countertops and coffee table. I can't even be sure if they changed the sheets because they didn't use the bedding that I asked them to use. The same sheets that were on the bed when the guests stayed were there when I got home. I also found long hair and a piece of a tampon wrapper on the bathroom floor. All these cleaners did was wash and fold some towels and take out the trash.

The smaller bills were left behind. We had specifically booked the same single cleaner. Instead, she arrived with three additional strangers who were never disclosed to or approved by us. Sparkly Maid acknowledged receiving our damage photos, then later claimed we provided no evidence. It provided no insurance or bond claim information, called us emotional and unprofessional, and ended its response with "see you in court."
