A week later, I have had ZERO response. Professional is not a word that I could possibly use to describe their service. I used them last year and there were some glitches, but I had some confusing and difficult stuff to do. Some of those mistakes should have been avoided, but overall, they were acceptable. This year, no excuses. Communication was IMPOSSIBLE and so I could NEVER recommend them.

I found Mutual Law Group via Google search and based on the solid reviews I made the call. They were professional, kind, sensitive to the 'crisis' situation I was experiencing and quickly earned my confidence. She is incredibly responsive... receiving email replies at all hours and days of the week usually within hours of me sending a question! My fears of being looped into a nameless, national/faceless 'debt consolidation' racket disguised as a tax law firm were thankfully and quickly put to rest. Mutual Law Group is the real deal and they truly care about their clients. They worked with me on payment and were very reasonable in terms of pricing. Trust the reviews on here and trust me... if you're up against the IRS and feeling like you have no hope... call Mutual Law Group and at the very least you'll speak with someone live on the phone and have your questions answered. No high-pressure sales tactics... just honest, hardworking people that do what they say and follow it through to the end. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the service and experience I've had and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!!

I've been a client of FC360 for almost 3 years now and utilize them for tax planning, business tax filing, personal taxes, wealth management, and having a supportive environment for me to discuss my financial plans. The truth is, when I was looking for a general CPA for my local business in 2016, I wasn't looking for the right things. I made a spreadsheet containing these qualifiers; price, convenience, up-to-date, well staffed, years in business, and desire to do business. Although these are all great prerequisites to choosing the right FA/CPA/bookkeeper, I did not anticipate how FC360 would make me slide and drop that spreadsheet onto the trash bin. Never have I felt so comfortable that my finance team knew my short term and long term goals like the back of their hands. Henry and Louis spent 3+ hours with me on my first meeting to get to know everything I had going on and committed it to memory without needing to review (ever). To validate this, I have a lot going on but the bulk of it being small businesses that I knew how to operationally run, but was terrible at accounting and bookkeeping for. Henry made quick work of all of the businesses and with some back and forth about the nature of my local businesses, he was well on his way breezing through all the forms and taxes, on schedule. What's one of the most rewarding experiences about visiting my accountant (never thought I'd be saying that), is to see the growth of their business as well. I've witnessed a business that was smaller than mine flourish in a matter of years and far surpass mine without losing touch with their ability to cater to the every need of their clients. I'd like to mention that I have increased my business by over 3 fold since going with FC360, and I attribute much of that to their help. Lastly, they throw networking events every now and then which are wonderful. Chatting with the other clients of the wealth management programs is a pleasure and provides me a slight kick in the behind to schedule a meeting with FC360 to take even more calculated, but fruitful, risks!
