I received a Bill from a Collection Agency stating that I owe for services rendered in 2024! I called the Office to inquire. I was told that my Balance is Zero since they turned it over to a third-party for Collection. I called my Insurance Company, only to be informed that the Practice overcharged me for a Crown in 2024. Billing Manager has not returned my repeated calls! I was told she hasn't had time to review my Statements. I inquired about having an implant replaced. The Dentist told me that I should return to the Dentist that put it in. He has since retired, I stated. I wouldn't have been there if his Practice was open. They need individuals that are experienced in Billing.

Yes, those things and more happened at another dental practice, so I was hesitant. Bogey Hills Dental was great to me. The Dr. and staff were extremely efficient and made the work seem like they could do it with their eyes closed. It was a real relief to find this practice. This office managed to get me in within a couple of days. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the staff. Everyone was very nice and understanding. I went back for X-rays within a few minutes, then took a seat in the dentist's chair. I explained to Tina what happened. I also explained that, as a disabled vet, money is not something I have large quantities of. Tina absolutely went above and beyond and saved me from having either crippling debt or a lost tooth. She gave me some extremely helpful advice involving my benefits, and the main thing is? She didn't have to. She didn't have to help me with something not involving the clinic. She did anyway, and that speaks volumes to me. She also was able to fix my crown temporarily, so I could at least walk around without an exposed (and very painful) nerve in my mouth. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Because of my experience, I will always recommend the dental clinic to anyone who asks!
