I have been "an aesthetic patient" of Klara for the past 7 years and I must say - my face has aged rather graciously thanks to the many treatments Klara had performed on me. I started with the "basics": facials and chemical peels and then graduated to non-invasive procedures like BBL, Moxi & Morpheous. Klara's facials are like no other; prepare to spend almost 3 hours getting pampered by various modalities: from oxygen infusion, to face/neck/decollate/shoulder massage, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, cryotherapy (when applicable), masks, light and heavier chemical peels, etc. These are all part of the Royal Facial and are customized by Klara per your skin's individual needs. My skin seemed to be craving all of the above every time I got to treat myself to a facial :) My complexion was always more vibrant & radiant (healthy glow), definitely more rejuvenated and firm/supple post facial. Then came the powerhouse treatments like BBL, Moxi and Morpheus. These are no joke and yield visible results. BBL took a veil of pigmentation off my sun-damaged skin in just one treatment. I was positively surprised how most stubborn dark spots were faded and some were gone (and I do not miss them). Chemical peels didn't achieve what 1 BBL session at Klara did. And Morpheus - it is a love at fist sight for me. I went through two rounds of treatments thus far. Two weeks later, my face is visibly lifted- especially the sagging jawline area - although I still have ways to go. The treatment is totally worth every penny and the slight "discomfort." Klara made sure I was properly numbed. I believe she waited almost an hour for the numbing cream to properly take effect - before performing Morpheus treatment on me. There is never a rush at Klara's. She takes her time and tends to one customer at a time. And last but not least, Moxi - I think this is becoming my new favorite rejuvenating treatment at Klara's -although I am still to experience Fibroblast and Acquagold. Upon entering the immaculately organized treatment room she warmly greeted me and walked me through each step of the facial process which made me feel at ease. I came here expecting the best service for high price of the facial. Instead, I got class, class and more class. After being buzzed in, I stepped in to be greeted by the receptionist who had perfect skin and the most calming smile I have ever seen around. A friend got a lash lift with Klara and I couldn't believe the results. I was instantly convinced to get one. It took awhile to get an appointment, but I'm glad I was patient because everything about this experience was amazing. The waiting area is pristine and the sweet receptionist offered me wine. There are also bottled waters and different candies and snacks while you wait. I filled out paperwork and shortly afterwards met the beautiful and amazing Klara. I was very nervous (it's my eyes, after all!), but Klara was so calming and reassuring. The procedure took about 45 minutes. This review is a few years in the making. I found Klara through my hair stylist who's skin was always looking gorgeous. Mine on the other hand....sun damage, rosacea, neglect. I started with facials which Klara customized for me and I quickly realized that any other facial I had before was a joke and a waste. Huge improvement after one visit- I was seriously glowing. Finally!! This spa is everything I've been looking for. I was referred by a friend and made a last minute appointment with Klara for a waxing. The place is clean, newly renovated and equipped with all the latest technology, the staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable (check out all the certifications on the walls.) I was the last appointment of the night but Klara never rushed me and took her time with my waxing, she was even kind enough to show me around and tell me a little more about the other beauty services. I loved the atmosphere so much that I made an appointment for a facial, they are customized and can last up to 2 hours. Made a Yelp account for the sole purpose of reviewing Klara... I purchased a Gilt City voucher for her complete facial and my skin has never looked so beautiful! I usually get a basic facial and pay a similar price, never again! :) Her lab is beautiful, she is absolutely fantastic and very interested in your skin. I had pourous, sensitive skin and my fine lines were starting to get deeper from the Summer sun.
