Have taken our dogs there for over 30 years, it's the only place we would board our pets. EXCELLENT!

The best training experience EVER. My dog is a 5 year old…read moreextremely stubborn, aggressive to people around, people in my house, dogs around, dogs 15 feet away. My dog would ferociously lunge, bark, foam at the mouth at anything anyone on a leash and off. It was very sad and heart breaking to me as my dog is my entire life. I took my dog Orson to Brady, and the results are truly jaw dropping. My dog on the right side of the image, can walk around people dogs without reaction or even caring. Orsons confidence is day and night difference. In the picture below he met the dog on the left 3 minutes prior to this picture and just then he was sitting right next to her relaxed as could be. 1 billion perfect recommend Brady. My dog was very well taken care of, in a very safe, loving comfortable environment and learned so much, as did I. My dog isn't " broken", or scared like ive seen with other trainers. That has always been a fear. Brady builds your dogs confidence up and it shows and the positive environment is created around them. Thank you so much! Dreams came true!

This email sent to Brady and Kelsi sums up our experience!…read more Hi Kelsi/Brady, As you know, we picked Brody up yesterday. We were all pretty anxious; worried about how everything would go once we returned home with him. The trainer Kylie, who met with us and handled the lesson wAs so thorough; answering all of our questions - some asked more than once- and teaching us what to do once we left with Brody. She really took her time with us, was patient and explained everything so well! Please extend our gratitude to her. Yesterday was a big day for all of us so we really just worked on basic commands with his prong collar and or his mini educator in our back yard. The kids and I took turns doing some short training sessions. He did really well and the anxiety over being able to create carryover from your facility to home started to lift. Today, my daughter and I took him for a walk through our town's "main street". The town is a bustling area; traffic, shopping, people on bikes, buses, mail men etc. We again used the prong collar and the mini educator. He was nothing short of a ROCK STAR! I can't even believe this is the same dog we dropped off to you guys. He walked beautifully... healing the whole way with little direction! At one point, I intentionally walked by a construction site that was fenced off and the fence had mesh on it. There were construction men walking right on the other side of the fence..... and SURPRISE.... Not a single reaction from Brody... he didn't even require redirection! After that we chose a bench in the busiest area and sat down with him... the bench was right next to the curb at the main intersection of two busy streets. Brody maintained a sit and stay for 10 min straight and immediately returned to position when corrected. At one point a man walked up to water a planter right next to us... and same... no reaction from Brody at all. He stayed in a down position when I told him to "leave it". I don't even know how to begin to thank you all. The change in Brody seems nothing short of a miracle and he is doing so much better than I ever hoped! Walking with him in town was actually a pleasure! I am so proud of him and his progress! We plan to take short trips out and about every day. If he continues to do really well, we are going to take him to an outdoor restaurant on Friday. I never imagined being able to do these things with Brody. Because of his old behaviors, just taking him to the vet was a source of anxiety. I always wanted Brody to be able to do these things because it would mean a better life for him and for us... you guys made that all possible! So, clearly I am rambling. Just wanted to say: THANK YOU ALL A MILLION TIMES OVER! Best, Heather Ericksen (and Family)

I had emailed the facility at 9:32 am that we would be picking him up. At 9:42 there was a reply to me that he was getting his haircut and would be done in 30 minutes. We got to river view at 10:30am and found their door locked and no one would answer the door. That 9:42 message had no notation that we can't pickup until 3:30 pm. Fortunately there was an independent groomer inside that answered our question about getting in and we were told the kennel has designated pickup and drop off times which we were unaware of. However she couldn't let us in. We live 40 miles from Belvidere in Pennsylvania so we were annoyed to have traveled the distance only to find it closed. Hours of operation are posted on the door but in handwriting is the pickup and drop off times. The independent groomer told the owner our situation and we did receive a call at about 2:15 pm that they would allow us to pickup our cavi ahead of time which we thanked her for. We arrived there and we were missing our dogs cushion that goes with the bed we had dropped off. She argued with me that pickup and drop off times are listed in the website which I went back to review only to find that information somewhat buried in the site not easily accessible on their website. To top it off we are currently treating the eye problem. And after I paid our bill by cc there was an additional 20.00 charge for using the cc , i wish that was brought to my attention because I did have a debit card on me. The gal clerk isn't the most helpful individual at the counter. We won't go back.

A year later, I am still so mad about this place I need to write a review…read more Brought my 110lb Doberman about 1 yr ago in for nail grooming. First 1 or 2 times were OK at best. Place was rough, lots of cats roaming around the entry/main areas of building which good thing my large dog isn't aggressive to cats, service was pretty subpar and grooming job I prob could've done myself. But whatever, not much around here. Then I bring him in and the groomer who's been doing this amazingly mediocre job so far is apparently trying to get him on a tall grooming table (??) and fricking drops him approx 3 feet. He lands on his back and sprawls out. Obviously I am concerned and rush in to the grooming area to see if he's ok. The groomer looks and talks to me like I'm the jerk in this situation for going in there and you didn't just potentially seriously injure my dog. Screw this place, I am DISGUSTED. Avoid avoid avoid avoid.
