(Their booking calendar specifies that the customer can choose a date and time that works for them) I emailed to find out where they were, and was told they got held up on another job. I finally had to cancel 5 hours later when they still hadn't come, since I had other things to do. A bit later, I emailed them and said I'd give them another chance. I got no reply.

On 4/16/24 I asked him to confirm the appointment which he did. I took a morning off to be home for the 9 am appointment. He did not show up or call. He then sent me a text at 6:40pm saying he wanted to come the next day. Did a shady job and has zero respect for customers time. On the day he installed the faucets he did not show up or call . I ended up canceling my afternoon commitments because he didn't show up in the morning as scheduled. Qualify of work was very poor, does not keep appointments.

We had to peel, scrape, spackle, sand and repaint that spot. The crack above the kitchen sink? They painted over. We had to spackle, sand and repaint. Now it looks great. Behind the dishwasher, there's a hole that they spackled. Didn't bother sanding, just painted over it. We had a hole where the plaster had come loose, they painted inside the hole. Don't worry, we took care of that. We were told to mark the areas that needed touching up with painters tape so they could come back and touch up. Text them multiple times, no response. We touched them up. Smoke detector? Just paint around it. Ok then. Supposed to caulk around ceilings to seal the wallpaper, did all but one room. 3 stars out of 10 at best.
