On the one hand, if you want a local company to handle things for you and you want one of the…read morebiggest little companies around in the sign and banner and display marketing biz, you've got the right folks. But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

After manning a table at a couple of events I was hooked and sought to improve the professionalism of our presence. The first thing I needed was signage with a stand. A Google search led me to Sugar House which had the largest selection of banner fabrics and stands, I designed what at that time was an awesome piece, they did a beautiful job of printing it, it arrived in plenty of time for my next event, and the durable banner and stand continue to serve me well. Their after-sale service was incredible - I received several emails asking if everything was to my satisfaction and requesting a photo of my banner in action. This photo is still on their website! They're not the cheapest, but you can't beat their quality, selection and service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for full-service banner work.

I've used this business twice; once to spiral bind some old copies of Chopin sheet music and once…read morefor lamination. Both times I felt like they either didn't want to listen or that they didn't put much care into their work. The first visit, some of my music wasn't lined up correctly when put through the hole puncher (see picture). Now they can't be properly bound and the edge is shredded. I didn't notice it when I picked it up as I had several stacks of music, and they just charged me all the same and never mentioned the mistake. I was disappointed. The second time I stopped in, I needed to laminate a bunch of cards. They grabbed them as soon as I said the word "laminate" and headed for the machine without letting me explain. Fortunately, I saw what they were doing and I stopped them before they could send them through. She was preparing to do the job with really light weight plastic, but what I needed was a really stiff card. When I tried to tell her, she didn't seem to want to listen and tried to convince me to just do it her way. I ended up just asking for my cards back and going 1/2 mile south to the FedEx/Kinkos. They did exactly what I needed and it cost 1/4 what I was quoted at this place. I like supporting independent shops, but only if I can get similar service and prices as the big guys. I don't feel like that's been my experience here, so I'll probably take all my business to FedEx from here on out.

Jillian (hope I have her name right), made suggestions that didn't cost more but made the project easier & more complete. She did it with a smile, didn't rush us & had it ready in plenty of time. I live in Taylorsville and pass quite a few copy centers but I would go to NOT JUST COPIES no matter where I lived! I totally recommend them. They deserve TEN STARS!! Had a project this weekend & NOT JUST COPIES came through for me again!!! I called late Saturday afternoon. I needed color copies, cut & laminated. I got an email saying my order was ready just after 5 pm. They look perfect & I wish I could give Kristine a big tip for going about & beyond especially during this crisis!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

All in all, Mason and his team made the experience painless and I will definitely be back for my printing needs. I would advise it's best to give them a little heads up on printing projects just in case they have a log of orders to process. Every location that I have been to has made me feel absolutely hopeless, like no one cared about the urgency of my father getting his medication that he needs to sustain his health. I was pretty much done with FedEx. I was honestly fully prepared to write a huge Facebook post when I got home telling all of my friends and family to not go to their locations ever again. I thought I would try one more location on my way home, and I am so glad that I did. Mason was the first one who helped me out, he had helped me for a few minutes until Alex then finish the transaction. They were both extremely sweet, and informative, and actually made me feel my father's life and my urgency and need to get my package to him was important to them as well. Like I said, I was ready to throw a fit which I am ashamed to admit now- but shockingly and thankfully, they were both one of the best employees that I've ever had the pleasure of giving my business to. I've decided not to boycott FedEx now, but I will only be going to this location for all of my package needs from this point on. I will also only be dealing with either Alex or Mason. It's upsetting because nowadays, people don't seem to care about their jobs or their clients.- It's upsetting because nowadays, employees don't seem to care about their jobs or their clients, but I can say at 100% certainty that they both do- and not only did they just save FedEx my entire family as clients- but they made my whole day by relieving all the stress I've had on my shoulders about getting this package sent.

We talked about what I needed, and my deadlines for the work. But eventually I found he was tough to get ahold of. My last communication with Steve was 2 emails, a text message and a voicemail asking him to call me. That communication with him was 15 days ago and I haven't heard a word back. I found another company to do my work, and they were fantastic. I would suggest you also avoid this company and go elsewhere for your design and apparel needs.

There, I was the lead silk screener and digital designer yet they said I had to prove myself before they would let me work in those positions. So they were only willing to pay me 8 bucks an hour as a shirt puller/ auto press assistant and if I did their was the potential to move into another position. At the time I was at a point where I just needed a job so I could pay my bills. So I took it. After only being there for two weeks they opted to exercise their 90 day policy and told me that they felt that we were just going in two different directions. After being treated so poorly I tell everyone to stay away from them and it appears that they still haven't changed after almost 10 years.
