Terrible. Will never use this store again. I had a package shipped here to hold for pickup because it was an expensive item and I was not going to be available to have it shipped directly to my home. When I set up the shipping, I was told by UPS that the "Hold for Pickup" fee would be $5. When I arrived at the location in Kearns, they demanded a $50 fee from me and refused to give me my package until I paid it. Basically, they extorted $50 from me by threatening to send my package back to the sender unless I paid the unanticipated fee. Because the shipping fee was $400, I had no choice but to pay them. They got their money, but it will be the last time I ever use their services. read more

We came to this location for federal background checks, which required taking our fingerprints on the kiosk. The machine is difficult to use if you have a connective tissue disorder, like some of my kids have. We received very good care from a wonderful employee. I don't remember her full name, but it was really pretty. Started with Nat - something. Really cool lady with a great demeanor. Anyways, this review is for her exclusively. I can't vouch for the store itself, rather the patience, the care and dedication this kindhearted employee offered me and my family. I wish I wrote down the employee's name, dang it. I needed to drop off an Amazon return. Flower, the employee, was really efficient so I rated higher because of her. However, UPS charges $1.34 for ONE black and white copy/print. That's a crazy, ridiculous high cost. Taking advantage of people is not cool. 1 star UPS, and I will avoid business at all costs. read more

Looks like the florida hurricane hit this store before it went anywhere else. What a mess. Boxes and trash everywhere, and the employees appear to be in no hurry whatsoever. Seemed like they were all moving in slow motion. Never spent so long in a UPS store before. The line was literally wrapping around the inside of the store and the employees took at least 5-10 mins with each customer. To be fair, aside from the two employees looking absolutely miserable and looking at each other and saying things like "I'm done" "I'm over this", when I finally got to the front of the line, they were friendly and helpful enough I guess. So no major customer service issues. I assume this is all because Amazon returns are processed here now. There has got to be some processes changes here, or an increase in personnel to accommodate more people coming here. Waiting 30-45 mins just to send a package is crazy. read more

I had to go to the UPS store twice in a week unfortunately for some Amazon returns. The first time I went it was a Saturday and it appeared that there was only one young employee. He was not at all concerned about the growing line. He was fumbling around with some package for at least 8-10 minutes. I was second in the line and growing a little frustrated watching him do something that appeared not urgent and was wasting everyone's time. I noticed the scan it yourself area and decided to give it a try. It worked great for my return and I only wish I would've saved myself a little time. The second time was a little different with the packaging instructions so I had to have some help. I was dreading it, but when went in the lady helped me so fast and I was shocked, but I was in and out within no more than 2 minutes. The only thing I didn't super appreciate at this visit was being bombarded by a charity organization that was set up outside the door and then being made to feel bad for not donating. You never know what is going on in someone's life. In short I guess it depends on what you need to do there and what day you go! read more

I have been trying to call this store about my package since I've been out of state and cannot get anyone on the line since it's been rerouted to this access point location! HORRIBLE! I've left 2 messages and called ever since my package touched down to this location. I'm so upset that NO-ONE answers the phone???? Like wth? Never have I been so upset this a shipping company more than I have with this UPS location. It's privately owned and should be closed since they act as they're always closed. read more

I booked an appointment at this location with a notary for an important document I needed to send today. I showed up for my appointment and he said that the notary wasn't here today because they had injured their hand. He said we could go to the West Jordan location. I asked if I needed an appointment because we had one for this location and he said no you don't need an appointment people just like them. So basically he's saying your appointments are useless. If you have an appointment system and you cannot fulfill the appointment you should let that person know. It's caused a very inconvenient experience for me. read more

UPS is absolute garbage. There delivery. There customer service. Their companies platform. The my choice services. The whole company is actual garbage. How are we in a time, where fedex, Amazon, and even DHL have better, faster, and easier services to use. Time to get with the program I'd say. Never once had a good experience from ups. Always requiring my signs for delivery and not delivering packages when they say they will. Why tf should I have to be home 24/7 for 3 business days hoping to catch the ups man so I don't miss the delivery and it get sent back. Absolute bs. Then I enroll In services they prompt me to do so to make changes and make everything easier and it just makes everything worse because their platform is so ass you can't even link certain orders so you're literally just SOL. Terrible experience, this little girl had no costumer service. My BF and I had to print the program for his dad's funeral, it is already a tough situation and this chick could have helped a little, she did not know how to make COPIES! And said we had to come back when her manager was in store. Any capable human being knows or can figure out a way to make a damn copy, so I took over and made things happen. Her paper copy did not work, 200 pages that we needed to cut so scissors it was, she saw us strongly and just sat down. I know this is not part of her job, but where is the empathy? Were is the service? UPS this chick is a terrible face for your location and company. I am never EVER going back to one of your stores again. I went to your store on 08/07 at 9 am and this was the only person there, just so you can pin point who this terrible person was. read more

The people here have always been very helpful and professional. They have politely assisted me many times with shipments and returns.

There was a young lady that kept me waiting about 5 minutes before even showing up to the counter. She said something that I couldn't hear. When I asked to repeat, she snapped at me to place my packages on a specific counter. I told her using the word please with customers would be an appropriate word. She began to scan my items and throwing them behind her. As she was doing this, she knocked down some items on the counter to the floor where she had asked me to place my packages. This took place 4-29-21 at 10:36 am. I couldn't see her name tag completely but it looked like her name might have been Christine. I wouldn't recommend even one star based on her treatment but for some reason this app requires at least one selection. read more

I needed to print some things and return a package. The website shows the store is open until 4pm on Sundays. I drove to the store at 3:05pm and the were closed. Now I have to go back a second time which isn't a huge deal, but still wasted time out of my day. I had two rush jobs hit at once. My mother passed away and I had to do a lot of printing. I got great quality service and products. The graveside service programs were printed in beautiful color and folded. My father a was simultaneously being honored a to represent all American fighter pilots for WWII out of England. I needed again HIGH quality proofs to make sure my photo came through. The UPS store in the same day helped me in the worst of times and the best of times. Absolutely unimpressed with the lack of customer service. My package was supposed to arrive to the recipient on March 1st. They some how created 2 labels so UPS was unable to deliver my package. It had to come all the way back to Utah and then be reshipped and the best they offered was ground to ship it back for their mistake. So a package that was supposed to arrive March 1st is now arriving over 2 weeks late on March 14th. I understand the gentleman was new who created the error but the lack of resolution behind the issue is ridiculous. read more

I stopped in this store the other day to sign up for a unit box. The man working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. The process was easy. It's a bit of a busy store...when I was getting a unit box..like three people walked in behind me. I didn't see any other staff members working behind the counter. They are a little short of help.
