Extremely disappointed. I called in to Rent a Bobcat on 3/4/23. When I arrived at 7:30 to the rental location I was told my F150 was not capable of towing the Bobcat to my site location. I went ahead and asked if I could spend the additional $150 to have it delivered. 5 Hours later I finally had the driver show up to my property at 12:30 pm on Saturday with a Jaguar vehicle and not a BobCat as ordered. They said they no longer had the Bobcat and I would have to use the Jaguar instead. My soil ended up being too soft and the Jaguar could not move more than 5 feet without getting stuck. I ended up putting 1.2 Hours of use on the vehicle of just digging it out over and over. After admitting defeat I called the rental facility at 3:00 PM asking them to pick up the vehicle from the job site. The following Monday I was charged $450 total for my 2.5 Hour Fail. I called in to ask if I could instead be charged the half day rate instead of the full day rate. They said they would check with the (New) Owners. They called back and stated I was told that my soil was too soft and that I needed to use treads as I was told and it was my fault for renting this vehicle. First of all my soil was never discussed with anybody at all. I was never told to use treads so I am not sure where this is coming from, but clearing a bunch of BS as they had no idea what my land looked like. The truth of the matter was I made the mistake of renting a Bobcat with wheels, yes, however I never received a Bobcat nor did I ask for a Jaguar. Secondly they did not address my request for a half days use since they delivered late and my only putting 1.2 hours of use on the vehicle. Long story short. I was extremely disappointed with the service here. Not a very reputable new owner or a fair place of business. Thanks for the compassion. read more
