My niece just started going here. My niece has Down syndrome. After looking at other schools we…read moresent her here. She was excited only to be called if an emergency not even a month later. Her grandmother went to pick her up. Her fingers had several cuts and bleeding. No explanation was given. She was taken to emergency room where they told my sister she has a fractured wrist. And that it appeared as if her hand had been smashed in a door way. The police, DCF Osha and insurance company are investigating this place. And still no explanation. We are not going away. We are going to press charges to the fullest extent. Do not bring your child here.

I was on the fence about taking my then 5 year old (who is also non verbal autistic) out of public school to bring him here because I was so caught up in tradition and the school system thinking it was the ONLY thing that can help him. Since bringing him here, he has made tremendous progress, he went from not tracing/writing and counting not wanting to do anything, to doing everything unimaginable. He still has some ways to go but his progress amazes his dad and I every day. The establishment has their hiccups like any other company but I'm sticking beside 3 Step!! The lobby area is kinda small and can get crowded at times but it's truly the least of my worries. The office manager, Megan, always has good energy as well as the staff.

Today my 2 year old graduated from The Pediatric Feeding Institute of South Florida!!! A day that I…read morehonestly never thought would happen. When Alaric was six months old he enjoyed homemade baby foods. After I started introducing him to real food around the age of 10 months he refused almost everything. Everyone would just say "it's a phase", "he will grow out of it", "babies/children are picky eaters", "if he's hungry enough he'll eat", "all he really needs is to drink milk". My motherly intuition told me something was wrong but everybody reassured me that it was fine. He would literally only eat rice, crackers, chips, cookies, and sometimes bacon. Alaric was drinking a half gallon of milk a day. I tried everything to get him to eat. I screamed, I bribed, i begged, I spanked, I offered the iPad, I took away toys, I force feed him, I even bought an online feeding toddlers class. However nothing worked. He would gag or throw up almost every meal. I hit my breaking point and found a Pediatric Feeding Therapist online that offered a free consultation. She was the first person to tell me this is not normal and that I should seek help. I reached out to Taylor and was seen for a consultation. She told me to bring a preferred food and he wouldn't even eat his preferred foods. When we left the consultation my husband looked at me and said "this woman is good if anybody can get him to eat it's going to be her". After 3 months of treatment Alaric now eats anything!!! Mealtimes went from a nightmare to an enjoyable part of my day. I had really bad neck pain…read more I've been sent to physical therapy many time in my life. I always go once and never go back. I usually just do the exercises on my own, but then I came here. I've been coming for two months. Mary Stern is awesome. I look forward to my next visits (which is insane if you knew me). She is very smart and knows technics for the spine that very few therapists know (McKenzie method). She cares....and that is the best trait in a heath care professional. She talks through and finds the solution(s). I was hesitant to post this glowing review because I didn't want to let the secret out. Gerry is the other therapist and seems to have similar characteristics (his patients are happy). I truly found my personal therapist for as long as Mary will take me (all future problems). No more one and done. She has me hooked on the process and my neck pain is way better than it was before I met her. Thanks!!!!!!!

I recently completed 5 weeks of physical therapy with Gerry Stern at Boca Raton Physical Therapy…read more I was originally scheduled to have surgery for spinal stenosis. My insurance company required that I go through a course of physical therapy before they would approve the surgery. I was skeptical as to getting any benefit from the PT since I had been through the process many times prior to my past surgeries. After my first visit working with Gerry, I immediately felt a connection. Gerry was knowledgeable, professional and caring and I believed that this process could be successful. And it was because I have reached a level of improvement whereby my quality of life has been dramatically improved. Gerry was the catalyst that enabled me to reach the level of success I have attained. Alan E.

My stated goal day 1 at CCT was to get back on tennis court 3 months post op. My goal was ignored. I was very fit when operated on - played tennis for 2 hours the day before surgery, I found the exercises given very simple, no exertion whatsoever. Which is fine - they 're the experts, right? I did them religiously 7 days a week (3 in clinic, 4 days at home) thru August 2nd. My issue is that it took 23 clinic visits - until August 2nd - for them to put 1 lb weights on my ankles. Discouraged, that week I saw the surgeon's PA, and a trainer at the gym, and the PT who did my home care after surgery. All agreed that it made no sense to go that slow on a fit and motivated patient like me. So, I quit CCT. Recommendation was that I change PT clinics. I asked the recommended clinic to investigate my insurance. They said all my Medicare (MC) benefits had been used up by CCT. I now know MC has an annual $ cap that was far exceeded by CC Therapy. They apparently asked MC for more coverage because of "medical necessity". But I was never informed of any medical necessity. There were NO goals discussed with me, NO status reports, NO mention of progress made, of lack thereof. Just keep on billing .....
