The Learning Experience - Boca Raton

This isn't babysitting -- it's the foundation of a lifetime of learning…read more Finding high-quality childcare today feels like searching for a unicorn -- rare, exhausting, and sometimes impossible. But at The Learning Experience in Boca Raton, that search ends. My niece comes here, and the education and care she receives are nothing short of top-notch. The teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the kids' growth. They don't just keep children busy; they spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The facility is bright, clean, and designed for learning in a way that feels fun instead of forced. Every day brings something new -- stories, hands-on activities, early learning building blocks -- and you can see the difference in how engaged and excited she is to go back. You also get what you pay for. Highlights: * Caring, professional staff who actually know the kids. * A curriculum that balances learning and play perfectly. * Safe, welcoming environment that puts parents' minds at ease. In a world where great childcare is hard to come by, this place is a gem. If childcare had a gold standard, The Learning Experience would be it.

This unauthorized charge caused my bank account to go into the negative and resulted in other bills being unable to be paid. The financial consequences of this mistake have been extremely stressful and serious. What made the situation even worse was the response from Ms. Carla, the center director. Rather than taking responsibility for the situation and helping resolve it, I was repeatedly blamed for supposedly not budgeting correctly. I was also told that she is a new employee and therefore the situation was not her fault. Whether someone is new or not, that does not excuse a $1,550 charge to a family whose child has not attended the center for months. It has now been a full week, and I still have not been reimbursed. No parent should have to chase down a daycare to recover $1,550 that should never have been charged in the first place -- especially when that charge can cause overdrafts, missed payments, and additional financial hardship. Mistakes happen, but the way a business handles a serious billing error says a lot about its customer service and accountability. In this case, I have been extremely disappointed by both the billing issue and the response from management. Parents: please carefully review your accounts and billing statements if your child has attended or previously been enrolled here. I sincerely hope no other family has to deal with the financial stress and lack of accountability that I have experienced. :::

The teachers do require the kids be responsible for their work but in my opinion this is supports their ability to be independent and achieve more as a result. Whenever I do have an issue, however, the teachers have always been helpful and responsive, especially Mr. Zecca who I have sat with personally on several occasions to make sure my child is getting what she needs to thrive. He's very in tune and supportive. This is a great choice to invest in your child's education and future!

The school's emphasis on discipline can often stifle creativity and individuality. The poor administrative support, strict atmosphere, and apparent favoritism can create a less-than-ideal learning environment for many students. The food, unfortunately, is a major letdown. It's consistently subpar, lacking both taste and nutritional value. The strict atmosphere, apparent favoritism, and poor administrative support can create a less-than-ideal learning environment for many students. While it may be a slightly better option compared to other schools in the area, it's important to weigh the pros and cons carefully. Some high level families within SRCS will often downtalk the opps of their students leading to a worse experience for them or worst treatment. Paul Mychalczuk who was loved by the school was fired couple years back. One positive from my observances is that the school has a long lasting community and a good one from older classes. Younger classes from my observations do not look like they will.

I say that because I attended a public school system in New Jersey. 98%-99% of my student body went on to college, so I can't complain about my educational experience. This is the first experience I've had with a private school system and it was nice. They offered the students a diverse educational experience as well as after-school activities. Along with strong parental support, I'm sure all the students will do fine in life.

My girlfriend had a dreadful employment experience with Saint Andrews School. She was recruited out…read moreof Charlotte where they moved her down and had her start employment. After starting her onboarding and getting her keys, id, computer, etc., they fired her 10 days later telling her that she flunked her drug test with a THC content of 15 ng/ml, less than the minimum federal standard of 50 ng/ml. The funny thing is the lab had called her a week before she started working and the lab said they would send the results to the school that day. She called the school the following day and they said everything was okay. The weird thing is she attended a diversity training seminar the day before she was fired and stated her modestly liberal opinion. When HR called her the next day, they said it was the failed drug test that got her fired. Why did they hold on to the drug test so long, and why did they onboard her? They told her to reapply and she would be given a chance to take a drug test, but that was a lie, and they have hired someone else. Talking to attornies now as I am left holding the bad on her expenses.

Excellent daycare that truly feels like family…read more Busy Bee Academy has been an incredible place for my son and our family. He started here when he was just 13 months old, and now he's almost five and currently attending the VPK program. Watching his growth over the years has been amazing, and I am completely confident that he will be more than ready for kindergarten this fall. The academics are strong, structured, and age-appropriate, while still being fun and engaging. Every child is made to feel special and supported, and the environment genuinely feels like a family rather than just a daycare. The teachers truly care, and many of them have been there for years, which speaks volumes about the school and the leadership. Busy Bee Academy also goes above and beyond to build community. They host holiday potlucks, concerts, and even a graduation ceremony for the VPK children, which makes milestones feel so meaningful and memorable. It's clear they value not just education, but connection and celebration. On top of all that, the school has been recognized by Palm Beach County as one of the top VPK programs, and it absolutely shows. I'm so grateful for everything they've done for my son and would highly recommend Busy Bee Academy to any parent looking for a nurturing, academically strong, and loving environment for their child
