We sent our 13 year old grandson to their camp, he was the only individual in the in the 12 to 14 age group so they grouped him with the much younger children. The curriculum presented to him on the first day of camp was material he learned back in the fourth grade! On the second day when I brought my grandson back to camp the staff told me that the balance of the week would be the same results for my grandson. When I asked them why, they said they were instructed to do so by their owner. At that point we took my grandson home. The staff said I could email the owner to voice my displeasure. He emailed me back stating that there were to several other campers in the 11-14 age. This statement was untrue! He also stated there was a 16 year old camper. Well what happened to the 12 to 14 age group. Base on the facts I requested a refund of the $435.00 fee. He stated that he had a no refund policy period! He should have given us the opportunity to withdraw our grandson since there were no other campers in his age group. I guess the almighty dollar drives this individual rather than educating his campers.
