I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly treats the children like family. From the moment my child started attending, I felt comfortable knowing he was in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. What a great place for toddlers and children to learn. I watched my nephew blossom. He went from being shy to being excited to tell us about his day and what he learned for that day. From his numbers, colors, ABC's and reading of books (which he had th read to him). Not to mention he enjoyed his snack time. If I could give -5 stars I would. What a big joke this place is. If you have a child with behavior problems steer clear of this place. They expelled my child from summer camp after only 1 official phone call to tell me there was an issue. How am I as a parent supposed to correct my child if the center doesn't tell me there is a problem in the first place. Apparently they only want perfect kids with no issues. They can not be bothered with anything else. Get out of the business if you can't handle it. There was a big failure on their part to just do a simple thing and inform me there was an issue to begin with. Switched classrooms and did not inform me. I only found out their was an issue when I called to ask why I couldn't see my child on camera. A big lack of communication and all they could do was make excuses. How am I supposed to fix an issue if I don't know about it. What a big joke this place is. "I'm sorry you feel that way" was the only response I got as I was voicing my concern. They are not sorry and they do not care, especially if you have a child with behavior issues. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE IF THEY HAVE ANY BEHAVIOR ISSUES. THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP THEM, THEY WILL ONLY PUSH THEM TO THE SIDE AND WHEN IT GETS TOO MUCH THEY WILL KICK THEM OUT. And their response to any bad reviews is to bad mouth the parents and child. Seems like there's a theme going on at planet kids. Every single franchise they are operating. They don't like children who are difficult. Mainly because their staff is not trained or equipped to. It's easier to expel these kids, which by the reviews of parents is exactly what they do. I had my own experience with planet kids even asked for footage and guess what another excuse of how they can't provide proof of the situation that was so extremely serious they expelled my child for. I would think a child attacking a teacher would be something you would want to show the parent but no. Violence from other children towards mine was fine bite marks from the same child multiple times (that child still attends the school after scaring my baby though) I don't know home safe suggested I should legal services and I might just go after this franchise after seeing this isn't an isolated incident. read more

I want to pick up my stepdaughter not too long ago and on numerous occasions I've noticed that they have a new teacher in the classroom I wasn't sure if she was a new or not but she always seems to be on her cell phone and not paying attention to the toddler children and when I ask her a question about my step child she seems to be very sarcastic and very dishonest since then we have taking our Child out of this location due to the fact of the situation her name is Jessica not sure of her last name but she does not need to be working around small children she is very inattentive and does not interact well with the children as I have watched without her knowing I wanted to leave this review so another family does not go through what we went through read more

My youngest grandson went here for VPK and loved it. Our grand daughter went this year and also loves it. May 31st will be her last day in VPK and day care but our littlest grand daughter (currently an infant) will surely be going to VPK here as well as her older cousins. Our daughter entered the care of Imagination Station Early Learning Center. As first time parents we were hesitant to leave our first born under the care of others. However, the staff at Imagination Station Early Learning Center has consistently provided a level of care and compassion that has put us at ease. My son started this school at 3 years old We were new to Florida He came from a play based school, so I informed the teachers he may need more guidance when structure is required After being the less then 3 months the teacher suggested getting him evaluated They bought someone in... Who told the teachers how to do they job better and give my son the clear I took to get evaluated by a Doctor he passed Then the following week get his eyes tested He passed that too Doctor even suggested changing schools If you child is the type to be challenging in anyway or has a opinion They will suggest something "wrong" with him Owner is rude and communicates though email on sensitive subjects when I suggested meeting with her she brushed it off..Never ended up meeting with her Overall place to stay away from Teachers say one thing then owner says something totally different.. The teachers were dishonest on numerous occasions. If a concern was brought up it was denied even when I showed a picture on my phone from the cameras which told me that any concerns I had in the future wouldn't be taken seriously. There was no consistency with what my child could sleep with and when we did finally work it out and she was sleeping on her own I was surprised to get a call that my daughter was keeping other kids awake. I went to the school and asked them why she wasn't given what we agreed upon and was told she was until I showed them the screenshots. On another occasion I suspect the teachers did not give my daughter access to her water throughout the day. Drinks are kept out of reach. During lunch no child had their drink. When I picked her up she chugged a tall sippy cup and a whole large one. She was obviously dehydrated. Too many times she sat waiting for her lunch to be opened while children a year older had already been eating. I watched as my daughter was permitted to sleep off of her mat on the floor with two teachers in the room and kids running by. Two boys ran by and one stomped on her head as he ran by. The teachers were completely unaware and tried to deny she slept there when I picked her up. When I went to show them (screenshot) where she was sleeping on my phone they spoke about me in Spanish but I understood what they were saying. They told me it was another little girl when it clearly was my daughter then they told me my daughter was awake as if being stomped on hurts less while awake compared to sleeping. When I called the assistant director about my concerns she was apologetic and shocked and assured me they would be addressed. she would speak to the director the next morning and she would call me. It was all for show. She never spoke to the teacher or the director so I stopped by to speak to the director myself. I was caught completely off guard after telling the director about my concerns and having no reaction or response given to any of them. Instead she complained about how my child's diaper sometimes leaked. Or how she sometimes wandered instead of sat at circle time. It was her 8th full day and she had never been in daycare before. She cried during nap time only for the first couple days and not when she had what she needed. She cried for a few minutes after waking. I asked her if this wasn't a good fit and she implied that my daughter has autism. I asked if she is hurting, biting, running out of the room or being unsafe in anyway and she said no. This wasn't about my daughter. This was about them not wanting to deal with a diligent parent. I pulled my daughter out that day. I emailed the owner who told me my accusations were completely unfounded and she tried to take something I said and twist it in a way to scare me from writing this review. I would suspect I can't be the only one who has dealt with this tactic. I almost didn't write this because the whole situation was so emotionally exhausting I just wanted to move on. But I have nothing to hide. My daughter is very well taken care of. The owner said she cares about kids and feels sorry for my daughter "for many reasons" and has been in business for 18 years. I've been teaching for 18 in palm beach county and would never treat a child or a parent the way we were at imagination station. If your child doesn't adjust quickly enough during nap time their first time sleeping in a new place, be prepared to get phone calls letting you know that your child is preventing them from doing tours. Be prepared to not have your concerns taken seriously All I can say is thank goodness for the camera or I wouldn't have known about some of the things going on since the administration at this school takes no responsibility for any wrong doings When we make me mistakes in life we acknowledge them so we can grow. When someone is always defensive or in denial or just dishonest things will only get worse. I feel bad for my daughter as well. I feel bad that she had to deal with such incompetence and poor leadership. read more

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this school is. I started my daughter at 12 weeks old and she has gone through the school up until VPK. Every single teacher she has had over the past 6 years have been amazing. I now have my son enrolled and he started at 8 weeks old. Every one from administration through the teachers aides are beyond knowledgeable. They know every students name and family members. Being able to watch my kids too while I go to work was an additional blessing. It is so nice to watch special moments I have had to miss since I had to go back to work. I am truly blessed to have found this gem of a school. read more

My son has been attending for only a week (in the twos class) and him and I love it!!! It is his first time in preschool. He hasn't shed a tear all week (it might not be the case for everyone but my son was MORE than ready for school) and tells me "bye byeee" every morning. I was very nervous about sending him to a school as he had a private babysitter before, but I was nervous for nothing! I get to watch him all day long if I want to via the web cams, and his teachers are SUPER dedicated and sooooo hard working. I literally saw his teacher sit on the floor and gently rub his back for over 15 mins so that he would nap and he is now restfully sleeping. I cannot say ENOUGH nice things about this school. My husband and I are extremely pleased! I also love the fact that they sing songs in Spanish (his class is dual language the other 2's class is not) and introduce lots of things in Spanish as well. My son only speaks Spanish at home so it is great for him to continue at school. I would highly recommend this school to ANY parent who really cares about their child's education and well being.
