The credit better be good for at least a year. We come back once a year. Nasty. Rude. I am pretty angry. Be sure whatever you buy fits and you want it. No returns. Ever.

Having no idea what to expect, we rang the doorbell for entrance and waited about 30 seconds for someone to unlock the door. Once inside, it was clear that this place had been accumulating weird souvenirs, Coke collectibles, vintage objects, and other odds and ends for decades. The small store is packed from floor to ceiling with knicknacks, assorted seashells, art pieces, and traditional beach town tourist junk that folks like me want to bring home as a memento of the visit. We found out that this store is one of the oldest continuously operated, family-run small businesses in Ft. Walton and will celebrate 50 years in 2022. The friendly lady behind the counter seemed to know details about everything in the store and was very engaged with all the customers. Our visit was brief, but I picked up my 2 essential souvenirs (a koozie and a magnet) for less than $10, with a free seashell included. I was so happy to support a truly local business and have an interesting experience that I'll always remember. Thanks, Buccaneer Shop, and happy 50th!
