Had receipt. They don't do returns. Never ever. Got the manager. Called corporate. Nope no budging. Got a credit for $80+. Leaving the next day. The credit better be good for at least a year. I would give it 0 if possible. Took the kids & grandkids in to stock up on beach toys. I asked where the restroom was and was told they don't have public restrooms. (Florida law REQUIRES retail stores to provide them for customers.) I guess I could have quoted the law but the employee obviously didn't give a she-it. All the tags were on and everything was completely call the manager decided she wasn't going to let me exchange because it had been over seven days. There is decent selection of items available here but be prepared to pay steep tourist prices! Bummed they didn't have a very good selection of toddler sizes for anything really, we really needed a long sleeve UV protecting shirt for our daughter and the smallest they sold was a kids xs4/5. Also they don't do returns, only exchanges and apprently according to their policy taped to the counter they also offer store credit but no one who works there knows how to issue a store credit for returns.... The store is very organized and clean, they have a hair threading stand inside where you can get a small section of your hair threaded from root to tip, hard to find staff for questions of checking out but they have a private parking lot. read more

I don't understand how the reviews are so bad for this store. I really liked it. It's really big and it also has brands like Oakley and yeti if you just need some clothes that aren't super touristy. I really like this store and would recommend it over Alvin's 100%. read more

It's a surf shop. Tees. Souvenirs. Swim wear. Basically anything you need to go to the beach. They advertise LIVE SHARK. They have an aquarium with a 2 foot long nurse shark. Got some good deals on $6 tees. Lots of gag gifts too. Nothing amazing about this place but it was clean and the staff were nice. We left with 3 shirts, a cute top my daughter found and a few souvenirs. Oh they give you a choice of a brightly colored shopping bad with purchase. That was cool. read more

The manager told my 6 month pregnant daughter that she couldn't use the restroom and she could go outside if she needed to pee that bad. Once I heard this I dropped my cart with the stuff we were gonna buy and informed them that we will no longer shop at an establishment that talks to people that way! I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP THERE! I'm starting to see a trend of ugliness coming from this area that makes me not want to come back anytime soon! Lost my wallet in here, which is totally my fault, but the manager refused to check the security camera right over where I had sat it. The employee just kept saying 'I'm sorry, I'm sorry'. That particular employee was helpful, the others, not so much, they spent more time talking about me like I was crazy, even though the place was empty. The manager never even spoke to me. I guess I should've called the police and reported but I was so upset after an hour of searching the store, I've never had this happen before. I was supposed to fly out the next day and all my IDs were in that wallet. I went back to check with them the next day to see if anyone had turned it in, and a totally different person acted like i was crazy and said, "look, we have your number here, we'll call you if we find it", really hateful. Was in there store just a little while ago got there before closing time, my 3 year old had to pee they have no restroom for customers and had locked the doors early to close so they had to unlock them so e could pee outside and after we told them we was coming back in because our folks in the group was still inside they locked the door anyway and we knocked to get back in they wanted to have something to say and give us dirty looks when my kids where looking at the toys. Talked to a few other customers in the store that had something to say about how rude they where to them so I will not be going this cheap store anymore. read more
