Review from Aug. 2021 I recently boarded my two kitties for the first time. I've always been a dog mom so I'm new to the kitty world and I'm constantly on google freaking out haha. So you could only imagine the anxiety I felt to leave my babies for a few nights. This was such a great experience from beginning to end. They responded to my reservation very quickly. Once I submitted the required paperwork I was all set! And this was not a tedious process, which sometimes can be. Quick simple emails. Then I was able to view the place, which was adorable! And after meeting staff when dropping them off my nerves were settled. They were sooooo nice, warm and reassuring. I was able to watch them on video at any time which I did a lot and it made it so much more comforting. Also, I was really missing them so I emailed Chandra, the person I had been communicating with since making the reservation. I asked how they were doing thinking I might not even hear back or I may receive a very general response but Chandra was so kind to take the time to write a detailed email about how the entire experience is going for my babies and staff. She even sent me pictures! Talk about not only customer service but just kindness! Love that! This place is my forever go to kitty home away from home. They loved the staff and staff loved them. Kitty Chateau asks that you contact them before making a reservation if your cat has an "injury or illness". My cat has hyperthyroidism, and I (reasonably) didn't think this rose to the level of an "illness" (here is a good list of what the ASPCA considers "illnesses": https://www.aspca.org/pet-care/cat-care/common-cat-diseases). Note that hyperthyroidism is treated by oral medication twice a day. It is not like cancer, diabetes, etc. So I made a reservation and put down my $61 deposit. I was then told that, because my cat has an illness (hyperthyroidism), I would need to board her for a "trial stay." In other words, I would have to pay for an additional stay, and then bring my cat there and back twice (first for the trial stay, then, later, if she was deemed acceptable, for her actual stay). I told Kitty Chateau this seemed excessive and inconvenient, and they disagreed. That's fine. They also refused to refund my deposit. Also fine, as they do say it is non-refundable... but I'm just posting this to make other cat owners aware that basically a cat with *any* condition, apparently, is going to be subject to this very odd requirement. Our furry kiddo Olivia has had countless sleepovers at Kitty Chateau. Chandra is such a delight - so kind and flexible . Olivia notably has separation anxiety being an only child but always seems very happy staying here. I appreciate the nonstop webcam feed so we can have a peek at what she's up to. Kitty Chateau is so thorough with their intake, ensuring that all cats have had flea medicine administered, ask for details on their feeding schedule and meds etc. Chandra always checks in with us during our visit and is very prompt at getting back to us over email and phone . It is my joy and pleasure to HIGHLY recommend Kitty Chateau. My teen son and I adopted an abandoned kitten during the pandemic and she has been a joy in our home. However, planning a trip created a lot of angst for both of us... after all WE were the ones who loved her the most and cared the deepest, right?! LOL Not necessarily... Kitty Chateau offered the best option for 1:1 attention for us and the fur-baby. Our kitten was in a new environment and Chandra and team adjusted to her temperament to make her more comfortable. (At home she seems interested in the outdoor cats, birds and dogs. But apparently was not fond of seeing other kittens during her stay. The Chateau staff, drew the shades to provide privacy and a more calming experience). If you need to travel, you will not go wrong with Kitty Chateau. I had both of my cats stay at the Kitty Chateau while I was away for 10 days, and could not be happier with the experience. They gave us a tour of the facility before we booked, were super friendly at every step of the way, and were very helpful and communicative while we travelled, regularly giving us email updates and photos. On top of the top notch staff, each of their suites has great amenities for cats. Heated granite counter tops, flowing water, scratch posts, activity wall, TV's, and little cat yurts. They even have webcams set up so you can keep tabs on your cats at any point in time, which was a great touch. I contacted Chandra in a mad panic after my husband and I planned a last minute trip to visit his family over the holidays for 2 weeks. We had never boarded the cats before and our usual cat sitters were all unavailable. After searching and looking at reviews I found Kitty Chateau. They were initially booked but after a couple of days a cancellation popped up and Chandra called me immediately. I was so relieved as I could not find a decent place to leave them on such short notice and Kitty Chateau seemed like the best choice. I was right! The place is amazing. They have 8 suites and can really spent time with the kitty residents. It is immaculate and adorable, cozy, and warm. It's also well priced in comparing with comparable pet boarding places. My two kitties fit right into their bungalow. I was very worried about one of my cats as he had been through a terrible ordeal the last time we were away, having a blocked urethra. He is now on a special diet and needs to always be well hydrated. Chandra reassured me the they had a vet on call in case of emergency and also promised to keep a watchful eye on Miles to ensure his health was good and he was eating and drinking normally. My other cat Lina is outdoor so I was concerned she would be very upset being cooped up for so long. They both did great! Lina loved the high perches and TV shows and Miles stayed in his cozy kitty yurt where he felt safe and warm. I was blown away by the excellent customer care Chandra gave to my family. She checked in daily with an update and photos and reassures me that all was well so that I could relax and have peace of mind with my family. When we came across their website, I was impressed! I couldn't believe the quality and design they both provided to make this cat hotel possible. They are a unique, one of a kind, a place I never thought existed. When we visited the place, we met Chandra and Troy ~ both so kind and knowledgeable. They know so much about cats that I was able to learn a few tips and tricks about getting the right toys, furniture, wall covers, the right paint, music, you name it... they are my Feline Guru. They know so much they sounded better than our Veterinarian. Our favorite part is the wireless webcam. This was the coolest thing ever! Hands down the best cat boarding facility in the city. If you genuinely care about your feline family members and are super protective and anal about how your kitty is cared for, like myself, come here! I am so thankful for Kitty Chateau and feel so much appreciation for how Chandra and Troy attentively cared for my bengal cat Lyra. They truly care and it shows! HIGHLIGHTS/WOW FACTORS: 1. Chandra was very receptive and attentive of my specific feeding instructions. I appreciated that she even texted me with questions instead of just making a decision on my behalf without notifying me which I had a problem with in the past with a different boarding facility. 2. Kitty Chateau uses Foscam surveillance technology. Each room is equipped with a camera so you can check in to see how your kitty is doing anytime via an app called Foscam Cloud. The cool feature is that it highlights 'events' which is basically triggered by motion and you can fast forward through each event. This put my mind at ease because I can see my kitty being fed and her litter being changed 2x/day, everyday at the same time. I also was able to see the affection and attention my kitty was shown which further put me at ease. [COOL NOTE] - During the first night Lyra had a hard time adjusting and wasn't eating so Troy sat in with her for a while. Interacted with her, enticed her with treats, petted her and then proceeded to sit down and just spend time with her! I was able to witness this due to the 'events' aspect of Foscam. I was so touched by this kindness that I got teary!!!! I don't have kids so my fur babies are my babies and seeing this truly melted my heart! 3. Chandra emailed me super detailed updates of how Lyra was doing and texted me about urgent issues immediately which I appreciated. 4. Upon returning home, I discovered that they were nice enough to include an ice pack with the refrigerated supplement I brought which is so incredibly thoughtful. I've boarded at many facilities before but have never experienced customer service like this....I mean, WOW. 5. Lyra stayed in the Koi Suite. When I go on vacation so do my fur babies. This suite is a kitty's paradise. Various scratching posts, a heated granite countertop (wowee!), a water fountain, an inlaid aquarium with live fish, wall to wall of climbing fun galore and a TV so Lyra can watch her Cat Sitter DVDs in her down time when she's tired. She truly enjoyed her stay and I saw it every time I checked in on her via Foscam. I've attached screen shots of the Foscam app of her being cared for by Chandra and Troy so you all can see what I'm talking about. Kitty Chateau's customer service is unparalleled and they truly care about your kitties. The facility is immaculate and a lot of thought was put into creating it which shows how passionate they are. I've reviewed the Chateau before but am moved to leave another review. I've had the privilege of working with Chandra, Troy and Dila for a few years now, and they have become a most treasured part of mine and my cat's life. There have been a few times, especially, that I've encountered an emergency while traveling, especially recently, and Chandra has gone out of her way to make sure that my cat is safe and well taken care of. I feel that Chandra is a partner in taking care of my beloved cat, and cares as much for her as I do -- she is unbelievably kind, thoughtful and proactive. Chandra, Troy and Dila have come to know my cat so well, and so can tell me how she is doing with accuracy and perceptiveness. This is important, because they take the time to know each cat well, something that couldn't happen without their excellent levels of care. They are my absolute first port of call, and consistently have gone above and beyond to help me. Chandra thinks carefully about each cat's experience, and is able to anticipate exactly what they might need. I respect her immensely for her expertise and excellence. Also, a sign of how happy my cat is with them is that my cat does not permit me to pick her up and kiss her, but she allows Dila to do so -- this makes me so happy! I know she feels safe and comfortable when she's at the Chateau, despite being away from home. All this to say, the Kitty Chateau is reliable, knowledgeable, kind and truly phenomenal at what they do. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. My cat, Miss Thursday's first time being boarded. Needless to say I was sad and nervous. When I initially dropped her off she was very unhappy, hissing and being territorial. Thankfully after a day she was more relaxed and social. Chandra is so sweet and thoughtful. She emailed me everyday and sent photos. She was very honest about how things were going, even that first nite when Miss Thursday swatted at her! YIKES. By the 2nd day Thursday settled in and was her sweet loving self again! Kitty Chateau is hands down the BEST cat boarding facility in the Bay Area. We've boarded our two cats with them three times now, and it's been a dream each time. It is such a relief to be able to head out of town - whether for a night or for over a week - without worrying about how our cats are doing. I feel 100% confident that they have a blast every time they stay at Kitty Chateau. First, the people: Chandra and Troy are amazing and clearly care about the animals they host. They are super nice and provide regular updates with photos so that you never worry about your pet. Their responsiveness via text and email is unparalleled, and they take care of your pet exactly as you would at home (perhaps a bit better!). The cats get lots of love and attention. Next, the space: Chandra & Troy have built an amazing facility designed specifically to suit feline needs. We always try to book the Koi Suite, their largest room, for our two active kittens, but all of the suites are spacious and full of cat-friendly amenities, including a heated shelf, lots of things to climb and scratch, many places to perch, a huge TV with videos of small animals, and a really cool cat cave. The Koi Suite even has an aquarium built into the wall with real fish. It's insane. Each room is equipped with a 24/7, night-vision capable camera that you can tune into via an app. It's so awesome to be able to check in on the cats on a whim without having to bug Chandra & Troy (this is especially helpful if you're overseas). Your cat will also get to spend time roaming the hotel without being in contact with other, strange cats (my cats love this). Also, everything is spotless! I have no idea how they manage to keep it odor-free, but it is! Lastly: everything else! Kitty Chateau is the definition of a luxury cat hotel, and because there are only eight suites, you know that your cat will get the attention he/she deserves. It's very convenient to book using their online system, and I love the special add-ons available. You can add extra cuddle time, active play time, treats, and even delicious meals. For a special Christmas breakfast, our cats each had the "catch-of the day": beautifully cooked salmon in a lovely sauce garnished with catnip. Better than my cooking at home! If you're the kind of person who worries about your cat when you're away from home, or someone who owns a cat that needs special attention (or if you just own a cat, period) this is THE place to board them! This review is long overdue now but life has been hectic (all things considered) and I figured better late than never! We boarded our cat Ralphie at Kitty Chateau back in early November when we went out of town for a few days. It was our first time ever boarding our cat and I have to say that it was an absolutely great experience! Chandra and Troy are so amazingly attentive and caring, I wouldn't consider boarding anywhere else. We found out mere days before going out of town that Ralphie had stomach cancer, which obviously made us really scared to leave him for a week. After speaking with the vet and monitoring him at home for a couple days, he was acting very healthy and normal so we decided to go ahead with our trip plans and leave him in the care of Kitty Chateau. Chandra was so kind and understanding of everything, making sure he was still eating and taking his medicine, and gave us updates on him (including lots of pictures!) the entire time. I also love that there are webcams in all the rooms (and at an included cost, unlike some places), and that I was able to check in on him myself and watch him slowly begin to explore and have fun in his temporary room. Ralphie was truly in great hands during our trip- it was so relieving to find a boarding place that really cares about its guests, as we never once felt worried that he wasn't being properly cared for. In addition to great host humans, the facility itself is fantastic. The rooms are so nice it sort of makes you jealous! Everything is tested and approved by their own resident cat, and it's great to know that there are shelves and beds and scratching posts that cats actually like instead of the seemingly standard and boring fare. Chandra had suggested ahead of time some rooms that had lower inclines on the ramps in the case that Ralphie started feeling poorly and couldn't move around as easily, which was extremely thoughtful, and we ultimately ended up going with the Koi suite. The Koi is their biggest room so it gave Ralphie lots of space, and it has a fish tank that he ended up seeming to enjoy quite a bit. Most of the rooms have pretty small floor space (even the Koi in comparison to a room a cat would probably be used to) but great vertical space! If there had to be a downside, it might have been that Ralphie loved it too much and spent his first couple days back at home trying to figure out how he could get higher up in our own apartment! We made a reservation to board Ralphie again when we went out of town for Christmas, but unfortunately his cancer took a turn for the worst and he passed on December 12th. Chandra was very kind when I emailed her to cancel our reservation, and I feel confident in saying that her and Troy are truly genuine and caring people who love what they do, and do it fantastically. We will continue to recommend Kitty Chateau to our friends in need of boarding arrangements and plan to return ourselves if and when we decide it's time for us to have another kitty in our lives. read more

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. The Kitty Chateau is a dream come true for cat parents. When we booked our dream Hawaii vacation all I could think of was my baby boy Jesse James and who would be able to care for him while we were away for 10 days. I researched and found The Kitty Chateau. I fell in love instantly. I knew this was the place for Jesse James. Chandra and Troy were so helpful. We took a tour and that was it! Jesse James had a dream vacation as well! I'm a nervous cat mommy. Ok, I'm a crazy cat mommy!! I said it. Chandra and Troy made me feel so much better about boarding our baby. Every night we received a email update on Jesse James day and photos. Also, the web cam is amazing. Being able to check in on our boy eased our minds, let us relax and enjoy our wonderful vacation. Jesse loved it too. He was in the Butterfly Suite which is for more social kittys. He loved hanging out on his window seat and lounge on the warm granite table top. The suites are beautiful! Everything was spotless and clean. Each one has a activity wall with scratchy posts and different levels to play on. I loved watching Jesse on the web cam explore, play, and nap. Though I am a user of Yelp, I have never signed up before- but the service given to me by this amazing business was more then enough or me to create an account and spread the word. On March 31, 2017, movers came to put all of my stuff in storage. I am returning to NYC from SF but I am first doing some travel. My cat, "King", is being watched by his "grandmother" back in New York. His flight was at 7:05pm. After the movers left- I noticed King wasn't in his closet hiding spot and after a frantic few hours and as I was drawing up posters, he showed himself at 8pm. I was able to rebook his flight 2 days later at 10am. I was initially incredibly relieved, then began to stress. My flight to Mexico is on Monday morning and I'm staying with a friend who is allergic to cats and had no other options to do with him. I remember a friend recommending this place to me and decided to make a quick call. Chandra picked up the phone and despite it being almost 8:30 pm was incredibly warm, understanding and sympathetic. She immediately began to make arrangements with me and refused to accept any other option then bringing him in that night, no matter the hour. I arrived at 11:00pm, still thinking this couldn't all be that easy, but Chandra and Troy were absolutely amazing to me. The rooms were beautiful and it's so clear how much love, kindness and compassion these two have for each other, and for cats and for their owners. They gave me a quick tour and helped me get King set up. Chandra went over prices with me, but it was so clear the initial focus was on ensuring he had a safe and great place to spend for 2 days before his flight. I immediately felt I could trust them completely with my stressed and nervous guy. Chandra emailed me twice the next day - giving me status updates on my shy guy and some of the ways they had taken care of him. I was given an update on eating and litter box, as well as options to view King through a cam. I really am astounded. I had to pick up King very early the morning of the flight, and again they were nothing but accommodating with a very reasonable price difference for "after hours" (or as they affectionately call 'pajama hours) transactions. I was given a paypal invoice in advance so that I could take care of all payment and just get King to the airport. The prices were unbelievably reasonable and without exaggeration I've used the term "godsend" at least 3-4 times when dealing with all of the other stresses of my upcoming move and travel. I cannot recommend this couple enough - you will not find better caretakers for your feline friends and family!!! read more

Chandra and Troy are amazing! We live in the neighborhood and needed a place to board our kitty while we were on vacation. I can't tell you how much more relaxing our vacation was knowing we didn't need to worry about how little Hanky was doing! The rooms are fantastic, with lots of fun toys for the cats and video streams for us to check in. What can I say about Chandra and her husband - I think these 2 people are the best! I don't have a cat but my daughter has 2 and I met her at the Kitty Chateau to check it out because she was going out of town for a week and I couldn't take care of them this time at my house. First, the Chateau is SOOO clean and each room was put together with a lot of love, thought and care. If I were a kitty, this would be like staying at The Ritz! Each room is different, they all have TV's, little perches to sit on and a radiant heat counter to lay on! Chandra was so friendly and caring and in just a few minutes, my daughter and I knew this was the place. I've been there to visit the kitties and, although they are confused about their new temporary surroundings, I think they love the little amenities Chandra provides. She has sent my daughter updates with pics. Who cares enough to do this nowadays????? Please consider this as an alternative for your kitties if you have to leave town. The Kitty Chateau was great! When I went out of town for a week, I had my kitten stay there with no problems at all! Chandra was wonderful in answering all questions via e-mail before the stay. The website and e-mails provide a lot of detailed instructions on what to expect during the stay. The webcam was great at showing what was happening with my kitten. There were lots of cuddles, playtime and exploring around the house. There was also communication via e-mail throughout the stay. Thank God for Kitty Chateau and Chandra & Troy, the owners and managers! I learned about Kitty Chateau through mutual cat lover friends of mine who have recently boarded their precious babies there. They raved about their hospitality, unique personalized facility (seriously, every room is like a high-end hotel stay for each Kitty visitor), accommodating nature, and obvious love for felines. I normally have someone watch my precious 2 year old Himalayan when I go away, but got into a situation just a couple of weeks ago where I had to make an emergency business trip and my normal "sitter" was away. I immediately recalled my friends' experience with Chandra and Troy at Kitty Chateau and reached out and had the most rewarding experience- which was such a relief. This is a genuinely wonderful place, run by two lovely people who treated our cats as their own. We boarded our two cats at Kitty Chateau for two weeks. We loved that they could be boarded together in a spacious environment with plenty of room for their own beds, which we were encouraged to bring in for their comfort. Beyond the beautiful, clean and calm facility, we were totally blow away by their responsiveness and communication during their entire stay. We boarded our two cats here when we were out of town for five days. That was the first time we'd ever boarded them, so we were a little apprehensive at first. The cats are 14 years old, nervous/shy, and on heart and thyroid medication, so we were not sure how they would do there. However, things turned out WAY better than we could have ever expected. The owners of Kitty Chateau, Chandra and Troy, were absolutely amazing. They followed our instructions perfectly, sent us detailed updates on our boys daily, and were very responsive via email, text, and phone. One of the best things about this experience was the ability to watch our boys, 24/7, through the camera in the room and a phone app. Seeing that they were OK made it possible for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The pheromone diffuser (Feliway) that Kitty Chateau has in every suite must have helped the cats relax because they got comfortable in the new place faster than we anticipated. They also used all the vertical space provided (lots of different kinds of shelves and scratching posts), which was great to see! (We are planning on building something similar in our house now.) Kitty Chateau was very thoughtfully designed and is run by wonderful, detail-oriented people who truly care about animals. We highly recommend it for anyone who wants the best care possible for their cats. read more

My partner and I have 3 cats and we are very protective cat parents. The Kitty Chateau is not your regular cat boarding facility. We were so impressed with the thought and planning the owners took in designing their space. They really took seriously the comfort, health, safety and psychological needs of the cats who will be staying with them. Everything they have done has had the cat's best interest in mind. We have never felt comfortable leaving our cats in any "boarding" facility. Rest assured, this is not a "boarding" facility, this is really something far more than that! A real magical place. If you are a cat parent and have a need to house your cats for any reason, do yourself and your cats a huge favor and consider the Kitty Chateau. This is a long overdue review. Our two cats stayed at Kitty Chateau on 2 occasions. I was really put at easy knowing that they were very safe, loved, and well cared for! They really go out of their way to create a quiet, peaceful space, so the cats could be relaxed in their lovely private suite. I loved being able to see them on the kitty cam! Chandra and Troy provide wonderful customer service, as well as terrific cat care. I would recommend them without hesitation if you are in need of cat boarding. read more

Ten stars if given the option. My cat has stayed twice. He attached to Chandra right away and happily recognized her the second time, months later. The residences are outstanding, every walkway, perch, scratch-post, you can imagine; looks like so much fun if one was a cat to be able to play with so many levels of perches, with rope bridges etc., connecting everything. My cat particularly likes watching the world go by -- people, buses, birds -- and the front-most residences give them huge windows for that, the back-most more privacy for cats that might prefer less action. It's a family business, with the family living upstairs. They clearly love cats and are out to make this the boarding spot that every cat wants to go to. It's small, so every cat gets personal attention and roaming time. If one was to dream up the ideal place to leave one's cat while out of town, it would be hard to create a picture better than this. It's slightly more expensive than another place i tried, but the difference in price isn't really all that great, they are flexible about start/stop times, and the difference in quality and cat-happiness is off the register -- no place better! read more

We have been relying Chandra and Troy for a couple of years now, and always feel that our cats Gus and Samantha are well cared for in every way. They also take care of us -- with lots of communication, care and updates. More recently, one of our cats has developed some health problems that require twice daily medication and a subcutaneous injection of some saline for hydration. They handled it no problem. Chandra and Troy also go out of their way to accommodate our schedules and to get out cats the room they are used to getting. I can't say enough good things about Chandra, Troy and the team at the Kitty Chateau. I was so concerned about my cat boarding outside the home, and especially about availability during the holiday period since they already were so booked up. Not only did Chandra generously work with me to find an imaginative solution, she proposed a trial run (which we have just successfully completed) to test whether my cat would be comfortable with it. She and her team take exquisite care of the cats that stay with them -- the tiny details of feeding and temperament, the anxious cat guardian questions, she gracefully deals with it all while advising gently and knowledgeably from her own experience and expertise. Despite the long busy hours Chandra is an excellent communicator and sends thoughtful updates, videos and pictures. Chandra and her team take the time to know your cat and its needs and is responsive to them -- you can tell by how they interact with the cats just how much they care for them. I was able to watch my cat 24/7 on the cam and seeing her be so cared for and comfortable was wonderful. Upon coming home, my cat settled into her routine within minutes --a happy girl who had been well-looked after. The Chateau itself is such a lovely space. I am so grateful to have found this business. They provide such a valuable and wonderful service. I'm hoping that we will be return customers for a long time to come, and I feel so much better about traveling over the holidays. Chandra, thank you! read more

The Kitty Chateau was the perfect place to leave my little diva cat for the weekend. She loves pets and snuggles but can be very stand-offish to people she does not know. Despite my cat being finicky, Chandra really made the effort to make her comfy. The updates from Chandra and kitty cam helped ease my anxiety. The Five Star reviews of Kitty Chateau are spot on and reflect what a wonderful feline resort that Chandra and Troy have built. When I say "resort"....I mean this place is a Four Seasons for cats! We put our two very rambunctious cats in the care of Chandra and Troy for over two weeks and it definitely made our vacation more enjoyable knowing that we never once had to worry about the boys. The webcam app was great to check in on them and Chandra went above and beyond to give us status updates via text. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! After a recent adoption, I had a trip coming up and was lucky enough to get a spot at the Kitty Chateau (great reviews and only a few blocks away). Since it was my first trip, I was pretty agitated about getting her someplace safe, loving, interactive, all that good stuff. Chandra and Troy were amazing (and their daughter is adorable); the suites were lovely and had lots of climbing and jumping options - there are even private cams to check in remotely. What really made this special was how thoughtful and communicative Chandra was while I was gone - multiple email check-ins, pictures, the whole nine yards. My girl settled in right away and was relaxed and calm while I was gone. I've already booked again for Christmas! read more

Totally a 5 star cat hotel without a doubt! Our 3 cats live an extremely spoiled life--think lots of love, heated beds, fancy canned food and treats, etc. Chandra and Troy and Ashni from Kitty Chateau know how to continue the TLC from their end, even when the cats are away from us as well as the comforts of their home. The facility is clean, homey, well ventilated and tastefully decorated. The layout of the vertical space with the cat furniture, heated table, and sisal structures built into the walls made our cats as happy as they could possibly be while they were away on their vacation. Apparently, each of our cats found a very special space to hang out in that made them comfortable during their stay, which is a testament to how thoughtfully planned the vertical spaces were. You can also choose a specific room type named after different animals (each of them have different layouts and window types) that best suits your cats' needs and personalities. Chandra communicated with us every few days to tell us how each one was doing and sent us pictures throughout our week-long vacation. It gave us a peace of mind to know they were well cared for the entire time so that we could enjoy our own vacation. They also continued to administer medicine to one of cats during his stay and they did a very solid job. Overall, we were very impressed with this up and coming cat hotel. We are always looking for better options for our cats. Kitty Chateau is like a home away from home. Whether you have 1 cat or 3 cats, we would highly recommend Kitty Chateau to all other cat owners out there! read more
