The space is big and there are lots of smaller rooms to discover. Things are neatly organized, fairly priced and range from pristine to "great for a project". Plenty of MCM bedroom sets and storage too, and tons of vintage stereo/radio stuff. We happened in on a warehouse sale day which is full of long tables with smaller items (again neatly organized by type). There are serious bargains to be had if you don't mind digging. The mister grabbed a vintage snare drum that just needs a bit of tlc for $50. The owner is very willing to bargain and the prices, to be honest, are fair. A massive 1919 original Jean Droit poster, beautifully framed (with a gallery lamp) and 20% off? Done. I'll be back.

I know the brand, but for me, It really wasn't special enough to have that price in a warehouse with that kind of process to buy it. And oddly, other things by the same brand were selling for about 10-15$ But okay, their business and they can do as they like. In an effort to avoid the absolute zoo process and a sore back this time I went later in the day and followed other people into the warehouse area. I was stopped and told I "can't be in here." The other ladies were left to shop as they liked. There was no, oh we are so sorry but we have closed this part of the store. I pointed out the sign literally hanging on the front of the building said open, the door was open. And several people walked in right in front of me so it didn't seem like they were closed when I came in. I literally had the guy point at the door and tell me I can't be in here. I asked if I didn't read the sign correctly, closing more than an hour and a half later. Apparently that's for the rest of the store. Alright. Not a problem. I don't want people I like, or anyone, to have this sort of experience. I will not again refer friends and people I know in glass/ceramics collecting and thrifting communities, and I'll avoid it in the future. I was completely reasonable but made to feel like I was being scolded, singled out, and not treated very well. If you do plan to go here, even in the main "store" area, bring a flashlight. Yes, dingy but also exceptionally dim. I appreciate they have an unusual process of pricing it after you carry it as you wait in line forever. I u understand that can take forever. But seriously, not everyone has the ability to hold stuff for that long. And yes they sometimes have a few baskets but not enough,

They have a grapefruit mint candle that is natural and smells refreshing, and I wanted to get that again. When we arrived, it was about 20 minutes prior to closing, but we decided to go in for a quick looksee. I pay attention to customer service and if the vibe is welcoming and this visit it was NOT! We did not get a hello or welcome. When paying for my candle, the owner said hello, my total, and asked me to punch in my card pin. Honestly, it felt as if we were stepping on toes for entering their shop close to closing. We weren't the last customers in the shop, and we were left the store 10 minutes prior to closing. When we left, the owner immediately ran outside and pulled in her sign and closed the door. My friend and I both talked about how unwelcomed we felt, and unfortunately, we decided we will not be coming back here. It has nothing to do with the items inside the shop, but it is a crummy feeling when you want to support a small business but are left feeling rushed and unappreciated.

On Christmas week. I got it done, it had been a stressful month for me personally and you throw that on top of it it was just a lot.. but no complaints on the sectional, I love it. I just wish they gave you more time for pick up. I had to wait 3 months, and they gave me 3 days. Don't choose delivery unless you're all for the convenience. They charge based on how expensive your order is. My sectional was over $2000 and they wanted $270 for delivery...pass. I rented a uhaul and picked it up no problem. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago when I went into the store to checkout counter stools. I found some that I liked but went home to make sure that's what I wanted. I ordered them online the next day. Then I got a text saying I could call about my order details. I called (this was Sunday) and they told me I could pickup anytime next week Monday after 2pm. I went there that next week Monday at 3pm to pick them up and they told me the stools weren't there and that they aren't even in the truck yet. I told them that someone over the phone told me I could get them today. She said no, you'll get a text saying they're ready for pickup and have to schedule a time. I was real irritated. Waste of my time. Blew off 2 separate plans to go do that after work. Then of course 2 days later is when I get that text. I went back in there, pickup was no issue. We got home and had to assemble the chair legs etc and one of the legs was missing a "foot". It sucked but we had a quick solution. Then I notice the feet are scratching my floor so bad. So... we pried all the feet out of the legs and put pads on instead. Problem solved. I rate a 3 because the stuff I've bought from them is nice quality- I love both the stools and sectional. But the foot issue with the stool really irked me and so did the pickup miscommunication. I plan to order a new area rug from them too soon so I hope I don't have any more issues.

I requested a refund to my delivery fee as their part of the deal was not upheld. I was told to call customer service where they went back and fourth with me for 20 minutes saying all they could give me was $23 off. I've never dealt with such poor customer service.
