The price was reasonable, her cut is completely even, and even after a week she still smells fresh. The owner Eliane (who is the groomer) was professional, sweet, answered all of my questions, and even called me to let me know how things were coming along. The shop was also spotless, there were no barking dogs, and it didn't have a wet dog odor about it. I'll be bringing my other furbabies to visit you in the future!!

Sarah has our baby girl Lani scheduled out for the year for regular bathing and grooming sessions…read more She does a fantastic job and we are quite pleased. Lani is quite fond too. She was sneaking kisses to Sarah yesterday. We highly recommend Naturally 4 Paws in Silverdale, WA. They have a very large room for group or individual training sessions. They also have an expansive selection of treats, and food, including raw frozen. In the glass display cases at both the front and back registers, they carry the most adorable cookies and treats that look just like human cookies. They also carry pretty much everything needed for caring for your pet, or gifting.

They are just doing their jobs and not plastering fake "customer service smiles" on their faces lol. They are very professional and listened to my concerns for my big guy who had never been to any groomer before. I was very happy with the job they did and I will be going to them exclusively as their pricing was fair and my Maxwell meshed well with his groomer. I will say- when he got home he did drink two bowls of water, not sure if he had water while there, but he could've been too nervous/excited to drink while there, he does have some marking issues so they could have been trying to avoid him peeing everywhere as well. Overall, I was happy with everything. Maxwells coat smelled so good and is glossy now, his nails were done nicely, and I was happy not to struggle getting a 100lb dog into my bathtub at home.

They go out of their way to make sure that they work within your schedule they give you a reminder to confirm your appointment they send you a text message before they arrive I've had several different groomers in each of them has taken such good care of my little one and he always comes out looking wonderful smells great and he is so happy. I find their prices to be really excellent the groomers are extremely respectful and the whole process from start to finish is top notch I highly recommend them to anybody.

I had 2 appointments scheduled over a month in advance and both were canceled at the last minute…read more One was for a co worker emergency and the other time the girl who was going to do my dogs hair cut quit, or went back to school or something. I was told they now cannot accept my mobile appointment after 3pm and they do not do mobile appointments on the weekends. I was told to take my pups to the silverdale shop....which I almost did...but my dogs need quiet spaces and less anxiety. That's why I booked this service the first few times, and I personally dont feel canceling twice in a row (2 solid months in a row) is acceptable. I can get out of work early, but the earliest I could have the dogs ready was by 3pm.... or ANYtime on Friday's, which is when my appointments were scheduled. Basically they have mobile grooming available until 3pm Monday - Friday. Plan on going to the salon, or have back up plans in case they cancel. Waste of time and waiting for something that never happened. Find another service or "get the in" somewhere else. I truely wish I had not waited and continued to attempt to use this service after the first cancelation. Unhelpful service that I would no longer call "mobile grooming".

This store was closing in 5 minute. The only explanation we got for the delays was "things happened out of their control."A simple call asking us to reschedule would have been in order to lighten their load. Instead our new puppy sat in a cage for the better part of 5 hours. Needless to say, we will NOT be using Wilco's grooming again.
