After we put a deposit on the first building, the dealer called and told us he won't make good on our contract. We told him to return our deposit immediately. He said he'd mail the check back. Insted, he waited until the close of business that Friday and cashed the check. We are currently out several hundred dollars and have no building coming. The parent company, West Coast Metal Building , is in Salem, Oregon. They operate in Washington, Oregon, CA and other north west states. They don't hold their reps accountable. They don't honor contracts. They steal.

I was not sure what to expect, as I've never purchased a 33' x 12' RV carport before. Once we got close to my install date, I followed exactly their instructions for prepping/ leveling my gravel pad. Everything went smoothly and installation from the manufacturer (from Salem, OR) was successfully completed in about 3 hours. Have patience, as your metal building won't be ready off the shelf - installation done the following week, sort of thing. That said, I would recommend All Steel NW and would order from them again.

Be aware of Pacific R&R! We hired them after a major flood caused by a failed water main pipe. They…read morewere one of the mitigation companies recommended by the City of Seattle's assessor, so we trusted the recommendation. That was a mistake! The mitigation work was left unfinished in several areas, including doors left, concrete shower only half demolished, etc. After paying almost $15,000 the overall quality and follow-through were below expectation. Later on Mr Werner visited for the restoration estimate, but after that, neither him nor Mr Vincent ever followed up or provided the estimate needed to move forward with the insurance claim. Despite repeated emails, we were ignored, delaying our claim process by more than 10 days. Do not assume that companies recommended by assessors are necessarily the best choice. Take the time to research companies carefully before committing and stay away from Pacific Remediation and Restoration.

Both times, I was extremely happy with the professionalism and level of service I received. Both times, they answered all my questions, provided meticulous documentation, worked with me to manage the costs (once with my insurance company and once without), and did thorough and exacting work. While I truly hope I never need their services again (who wants more water damage?!!), if it became necessary, they would be my first call.

I consulted several contractors for the job and picked Rez construction because Reza was very professional, meticulous and humble. Reza worked very closely with insurance company, clarified several questions and ensured it was very smooth. He was also very patient to work with the bank when the funds were delayed. Reza was always supervising the job to ensure its completed top notch and we absolutely love the finishes. He always took care of smallest details so that everything is perfect. Reza guided us through the purchases that were necessary by providing several option and explaining the trade-offs. He was always ensuring we knew everything about the project and never took any shortcuts to finish the job. Overall the process was excellent , completed on-time (except for material delays due to COVID) and outcome was exceptional. I would any day recommend Rez Construction for remodeling , water damage & mitigation and any major/minor projects in the home

They did significant work on our dank, partially finished basement, building a comfortable living room, completely refinishing the bathroom, updating some electrical, rebuilding the stairs, and even doing some extra work to seal the walls of our 100-year-old house. Towards the end, since they got pretty busy in their schedule, there were a few details that needed to be redone and the end of the project dragged on a little longer than expected, but overall, we were very happy with the work and the completion of the project. Their guys are very professional, with all of their direct employees wearing their company's logos to ensure on-site security. They work efficiently, exhibited good craftsmanship, and are thorough (even helped us haul away some extra old fixtures). They can help with some design recommendations, but they aren't technically architects, so it helps if you already have some idea of what you want to accomplish in your build. Sure, you could get much higher end finishes and building details, but for the price and value, these guys are excellent. And they've also helped with some water damage repair on short notice, which was super helpful. In general, they were great at communication on our project (although they got a little busy toward the end). However, sometimes emailing doesn't work well, so I'd recommend calling or texting if you really want to get a hold of them.

I hired Imperial Remodels to build a single-car garage on my property, replacing an existing concrete pad. The project was contracted to start on March 1, 2024, and finish by April 1, 2024, for $21,000. I paid a $10,000 cash deposit on March 13, 2024, but the contractor did not provide a receipt for the cash deposit. After signing the contract and accepting my deposit, the contractor told me someone would begin removing the concrete pad within about a week. Shortly after, someone arrived with an excavator, destroyed, and removed the concrete pad. They left behind an uneven dirt surface, which has created a serious safety hazard for me. Due to mobility issues, I now struggle to safely get in and out of my car. Despite repeated attempts to contact the contractor to discuss next steps and complete the work, he has ignored all my calls and messages. On one occasion, he agreed to visit my property to discuss the project but canceled the meeting and never followed up. My daughter attempted to help me by posting a review on their business page to warn others. In response, the business owner finally reached out, acknowledged their wrongdoing, and agreed to reimburse me the full deposit plus interest. However, they got Yelp to remove my daughter's post and are unreachable again. They have still not provided any reimbursement for the lost money or the destruction of my property. I was primarily in contact with Mike Isak (206-909-8125), but his colleague, Karina Momotyuk, was also involved. Another phone number associated with them is (253-409-6956). As a result, I am out my $10,000 deposit, unable to safely park my car, and left with no resolution. He has abandoned this job, caused destruction of my property, and has a complete lack of remorse or professionalism--particularly in taking advantage of someone in my position. Do not do work with this company as they pray on people.
