We had such a wonderful experience with Kitsap Bartending Services for our wedding! From the very beginning, Bryan was incredibly helpful and professional. He was so responsive and knowledgeable through email, helping us decide which wines and drinks to serve our guests and giving us guidance on how much to purchase. Their website was also a great resource when choosing our signature cocktails, figuring out quantities, and deciding where to purchase everything we needed. Sarah was our bartender, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, professional, attentive, and always quick to help with anything that came up--including immediately helping clean up when a glass was accidentally broken. She helped everything run smoothly and was such a pleasant presence throughout our wedding. We truly appreciated the professionalism, helpfulness, and excellent service from the entire team. Kitsap Bartending Services made the bar planning process so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about on our special day. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event! read more

Kitsap was an amazing service from beginning to end! I am so happy that my husband and I chose them for all our bar and beverage needs for our special day. Bryan is an incredible owner and operator. He helped me with all my questions throughout the process. Not only do they have a wonderful portal to access once booked that helped me with my million other questions but for the questions that weren't outlined, Bryan hopped on a call with me and personally helped work through the details with me. It was such a personable and professional experience throughout. The bartenders were so friendly day of, and all my guests kept making mention to us how great of a job they were doing and one of the bartenders even made sure my husband and I never had to go to the bar to get our drinks. Talk about VIP treatment. We highly recommend Kitsap for any and all events and would absolutely work with them again. Thank you, Kitsap Bartending Services! read more

Bryan and the team at Kitsap Bartending Service were nothing short of perfect for our wedding. My partner and I interacted with Bryan several times at various open houses and wedding expos, and he was always friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Working with him through the booking process was straightforward and easy, and any emails with questions or clarifications were answered in a quick manner. Bryan also helped my partner and I select the signature syrups we would use for our signature cocktails, which was incredibly helpful as we are both cocktail newbies. The day of the wedding was also amazing. KBS provides a bar menu listing everything offered for the evening, which was great because it was one less thing we had to worry about that day. The service was immaculate, with the drinks coming quickly with friendly service. Multiple of our guests came up to us throughout the night with good things to say about the bar. Right before my partner and I were getting ready for our big send off, Bryan stopped by to personally congratulate us and give us a little goodie bag. He gave us our remaining signature syrup, a beer, a cider, and a bottle of spirits to take back with us to our hotel. It was an incredibly kind thing and we are most appreciative. The only non-positive thing that I can think about including in this review is that we did not utilize the client portal from KBS enough. It was launch only two months before our wedding, and by then we had already done a lot of bar planning. But it did offer a tremendous amount of helpful information in the weeks leading up. It's definitely a resource to utilize for any future couples. read more

Bryan and Bree were seriously so awesome, everyone was raving about them at our wedding! The drinks were amazing, the service was phenomenal, and all of the planning went so smoothly! Their alcohol calculator was great, as was their advice about where to purchase alcohol from. We did end up with some leftover alcohol and we were able to return it no problem! As for their service, I was so stunned every time I looked away and turned back to find a new drink sitting on my table. I also saw Bryan walking around the tables offering to top off drinks, which was so unexpected! I've never been to a wedding where the bartender left the bar to go serve the guests at their tables. So amazing! Oh, and I don't know what they put in their punch, but everyone keeps talking about it! They went above and beyond, I can't thank them enough! 10/10, 5 stars, you get the idea! read more

Hiring Kitsap Bartending Services for our special day was the BEST decision we made for our wedding day. I don't think you'll get customer service like this with anyone else. Multiple times throughout our wedding planning process, my wife and I were blown away at how responsive and helpful Bryan was. He was extremely responsive to all of our questions--including helping us problem solve and laying out our options when our original venue double booked our date. The client portal and his self-made alcohol calculator were invaluable while planning our menu and shopping for the bar. I honestly cannot believe I am the first to review these guys. Bryan was our bartender, and he was amazing. They provided all the permits for the day, plus set up efficiently and professionally. Bryan looked so well groomed and in style with our semi-formal theme. He also provided services above and beyond expectations. He walked around our guests and filled wine glasses, set up water glasses at each guests' seat, iced everything, and provided non-alcoholic options like punch and water. We also opted for the coffee service. By the end of the night, my guests were high-fiving him! What a service!! Thank you so much! read more

Planning our wedding was a whirlwind experience (duh!) and I feel so blessed that we were able to book Kitsap Bartending Services! Brian went above and beyond in the weeks prior to help us prepare; he is a wealth of information, suggestions, advice, and encouragement. He was always quick to reply and communicated thoroughly. I felt like he truly cared and was sharing in the excitement with us! I knew we were in great hands with him and the whole process was stress-free. For our wedding day we worked with Jamie. He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly polite and professional. They make a great team! We booked them for 6 hours with the Bartender's Bar which was perfect with our simple, rustic theme (I wish I got a picture of it, it was perfect and romantic without being "too much"). I was surprised by all the extras they provide automatically like water/dispenser, raspberry ginger limeade, ice, tools for kegs, lighting, creating and printing/displaying a drink menu, disposable cups... Very reasonably priced for the high caliber and comprehensive services provided! I would, without a doubt, recommend Kitsap Bartending Services to anyone looking for a competent, compassionate bartender for their special event! read more

Bryan and the whole Bustender team were amazing to work with! Bryan helped with giving menu ideas, suggestions on amounts of alcohol to buy, as well as quickly answering any and all questions I had. We had Bryan and his team for our wedding a little over a week ago and if you are in need of bartenders for your event- Kitsap Bartending is the way to go! Planning a 100+ person event with alcohol was intimidating to me but Bryan's website helped alleviate any anxiety I had. The alcohol calculator and the Amazon links with their favorite bar ingredients were my personal favorite and ones I referred back to often. And on the actual day of the wedding, they went absolutely above and beyond! I don't think I ever saw a long line at the bar and they were kind and patient with some of our more... obnoxious guests. We didn't have a champagne toast and they even went around during dinner and toasts to top off wine for guests, asked if they wanted another signature drink, etc. I know it's cheaper to hire a friend or a neighbor for bartending, but you absolutely get what you pay for with Kitsap Bartending. Do yourself a favor and hire them for any major event because the reduction in anxiety is worth the price itself. Also- that seasonal punch is just a delicious cherry on top! Thank you Bryan and team!! read more

We worked with Kitsap Bartending Services last weekend at our wedding and let me say that they were the easiest vendor to work with throughout the whole event-planning process. From sending very detailed information in their original quote, to advising on quantities of beverages/ingredients to purchase for cocktails, and answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. On the day-of the event they arrived early for setup and were incredibly kind and professional. We don't have many occasions to work with bartenders, but we would absolutely work with Bryan and the rest of the crew again. read more

Bryan (and Kitsap Bartending Services) was awesome! He worked with us at our postponed wedding reception near Lake Crescent and despite the logistics challenges, he definitely put our minds at ease that everyone would be well taken care of. He was super flexible when our plan kept changing due to the pandemic, unexpected weather conditions, and staffing adjustments. Our guests all raved that he was great, and we certainly agreed. He even made us some take-home batch cocktails with the larger bottles of opened liquor that were left-over near the end of the night, which got to enjoy for weeks afterwards. Highly recommend! read more
