Their rates are fair and reasonable too and they go above and beyond the call to make sure you are happy. They still have beautiful home stuff in their store too. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

And that's why I was surprised to find a quasi-furnishings store I actually liked. Granted, Provide in Crosstown carries more than just fixtures and accessories for your abode. Among the designer espresso makers are some pretty fashionable clothing items, which, for me, broke up the monotony of the selection of housewares (lamps, vases, tables, cushions, etc.). Someone must have had people like me in mind when they came up with the concept for this store. On to the fashion! I found some beautiful (although pretty high-end) tees by designer James Perse as well as some local style, like Vancouver's own Shereen De Rousseau's gorgeous cross-platform jewellery.

You would never know that there are so many items inside this Kitchen Corner store from the outside…read more- there were a few meager boxes outside filled with rando tupperware, kitchen mats etc on a mild January afternoon, and I was in the area having lunch. I stopped by to check out the availability and prices of a couple items for personal and business use: - aluminum scoops - pasta machine - pizza stone - silicone and cast iron ware They had everything on my list, but little more pricey than I'd expected. I do, however like their location (close to work) and I like that they're a local business with multiple locations (commercial drive, other 4th ave location). It was kind of like a local, hands on Amazon (given the recent CP strikes, hands on is good!). Or, a cross between Welks and a gritty Daiso. They also have a great selection of bakeware, kitchen timers, utensils, canning and kombucha brewing supplies, rolling pins, and rugs and everything you need for your kitchen, washroom, and home. The sheer magnitude and variety of items is overwhelming, but, now that you can mentally prepare for it, make a list of whatever you might need for your home and kitchen, and head on down. They'll have everything you're looking for.

With it being so popular, it can get a bit crowded regarding people and parking. It's a common spot to visit and I can definitely see why! A lot of the shops we stopped at had quick and efficient service, they must be used to the crowds. My only regret was not being able to fit all of the different foods I wanted to try! But all of that aside, the delivery & customer service reps (Dave & Frank) make up for that & then some!! I had recently purchased a dining table that arrived damaged. I contacted the store right away but expected a hassle & long wait for a replacement. Not only did Dave immediately order the replacement, but he kept me updated along the way & did everything he could to make sure it arrived quickly. The guys delivered to me late on a Friday (I was otherwise at work) & they did it with smiles on their faces, genuine enthusiasm for their work, & made it their mission to ensure I was satisfied before they left. They even offered to help me put together furniture that had just arrived from a different store! Through this experience though, I learned that it would have been a good idea for me to ask them not to cover the couch with fabric until closer to the final payment. I realized that the original colour chosen would not work as well as I originally thought. I asked if I could change it and pay for the added cost. They were a firm no. So now I have a couch that I paid a lot of money for and it is alright in the space but not great. The quality is very good and I am happy with that. I wasn't happy that the sales staff did not inform me of added costs at the time of purchase such as delivery and unpacking the item. So, that wasn't appreciated. However, the delivery guys were AMAZING! "David the Great" and "Guy the Beautiful" who does charming poses were so helpful, funny, friendly and went the extra mile. They provided great customer service and redeemed my experience with this retailer. After all this, I'm not sure that I will buy from Brier's again.
