The design team is great and we greatly appreciate them for their innovative ideas. However, their time estimation for completion is way off. The majority owner makes any number of excuses and then simply stops responding. Honestly, if you have any other options with other renovation company, I'd seriously consider NOT using this one. One significant problem is that because they don't include high end appliances directly through their business, they take no responsibility for coordinating major appliance install, even if the appliance company says they will not put the decorative panels on. It leaves the homeowner completely unprotected. I suggest finding a renovation company that agrees to manage all pieces of the specified job!

He also indicated it would be three weeks for installation (no big deal considering supply issues of late); the countertop was installed one week after the selection. I posted many photos of just some of the issues we have with these two companies. Neither "The Reed Group or Tim Price with Quality Cabinets will make any attempt to redo my cabinets or refund our money. We spent a little over 50,0000.00 on cabinets and they are the worst cabinets we have ever had or seen. We have talked with both contractors on many occasions and neither will even discuss trying to make this wrong right. I would never recommend either of these contractors. We will have to bare the cost to have our cabinets redone. I have since spoke with many people who are having many of the same issues with their cabinets. We have paint chipping every where, the paint is so thin you can see all the wood grain, no clear finish to protect the cabinets, seams are coming apart, we have cracks running in all of the wood, my hood has a huge crack running up the middle, the joints are all exposed to moisture and water (Please see photos). Never use this company!!!!!!!!!
