Ordered countertops in December. picked them up in February and installed one of them only to find out the side splashes didn't match. Marcraft sent new side splashes. They didn't match. I was told by Marcraft to put them in the sun and that would help. Ive never heard anything crazier. After months of back and fourth and the Rep for Marcraft came to my house to look at the counter tops and side splashes. He said we can NOT make a side splash to match. This company is ridiculous, doesn't stand behind there product and can't make a sidesplash to match their countertop they made. I will never buy another one of there products and I recommend you don't buy it either. They made this sound like it was my fault.

We were looking for a product which is "available" online and could be purchased for pickup same day at this location. Unfortunately, we were told they probably didn't have it since it was marked as "1 in stock" . Just disappointed for driving out of my way, when phone call could have saved my time.

The owner is one of the most responsive individuals I have ever dealt with in Nassau County. Not only does he show up when he says he's coming, he calls ahead of time to say he's on his way and gives an ETA. All that mess, crap, hoard, stuff, etc of a bunch of bleh stuff that you need to get rid of just call him and he will not only pick it up, he will help rake it out of your house-meaning - you don't want to deal with it, he has it covered for you! Takes your mess away for you so you have one less headache to deal with in life. We are having him come back in a few weeks to take away more stuff that we simply have no more use for aka - what were we thinking keeping that!!! Nothing better than seeing this fine company pull in your drive, then leave with all the stuff you don't want to deal with ANYMORE!
