Jason and his team delivered exceptional…read morework on what was a complex backyard transformation, which included a deck and roof extension, a built-in hot tub, and an on-deck entertainment wall with linear gas fireplace. Jason and his team efficiently constructed this extension and matched the exterior of the home exceptionally well. The extension include wiring for power outlets, RGB LED Hue ceiling lights, ceiling fans, outlets for future shade control, and ethernet cabling for cameras and Wi-Fi. The team installed a reinforced concrete pad for my hot tub and then built the deck around the hot tub perfectly. A custom removable portion of the deck in front of the hot tub had to be made, and Jason's crew made it look like artwork. This project exceeded my expectations. Jason was always accommodating and extremely responsive and performed the work in record time......in the freezing cold of winter! I highly recommend J&C Home Exteriors for any outdoor project. If you're investing in your property, work with a true specialist like Jason.

I spent most of last Saturday looking at residential property with the help of Clint Bickford of…read morethe Mark Fritschle Group. We looked at, and, or, discussed Snow HIll, Berlin, Princess Anne, Salisbury, and Ocean City. Clint was very knowledgeable in each area. In looking at properties, Clint helped me understand the +/-'s of each property, and while he let me know when a property was listed by his real estate group, I never felt like he was pushing their properties. Clint has some construction experience, as he actively participated in the renovation of his own home, so he was even helpful in identifying possible renovations, and repairs required of properties that needed a little work. In the mix were even some "auction only/no commission" properties, and Clint was just as helpful in showing us, and discussing these properties as the properties where he would make a commission. I really felt like he had my best interests at heart, and valued the long term business relationship over a short term sale. If you are looking for an agent who knows the area, and is smart, and honest, you should start by talking to him.
