When my appointment date arrived, I hadn't been able to stand straight up for 2 days because of the pain and discomfort. The day after my appointment, my pain was gone and I was standing easily! After my next appointment the constant aches in my back which were present for a month, were relieved and I feel reset; like I've been taken apart and put back together. I would highly recommend Matias for treatment, and have done so to my family and friends. His environment is professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating. I was especially impressed that he remembered details on my previous appointment. Before beginning he makes sure to understand my current condition and any problem areas to focus on, as well as reviewing previous complaints and improvements. Matias answers my questions clearly, and encourages open communication throughout, and always applies the right amount of pressure! I've made appointments with Matias part of my monthly calendar and would encourage anyone to do so! Thank you very much Matias, and see you again soon! I had an appointment with a confirmation email that I booked on their online app for Saturday April 25th at 10:30am with Victor. I got there at 10:20. The next morning on Sunday April 26th at 10:50am the receptionist calls me to say that I had an appointment with Victor at 10:45 that morning. I had not made that appointment, she insisted that I did it online and that I was a no show and would have to pay the no show fee. I told her we have been clients there for over 10 years and never missed or were late for any appointments ever. She said well you missed this one and it's a no show. I told her I won't pay the fee and that I did not receive any confirmation email. We ended the call, and I went back into my emails. I called her back and went over every single email I received including their annual intake form which I filled out before my appointment, I went over the feedback email and dates and times and told her that I do not have any email that indicates that I made an appointment and did not keep it. She said well you did, you did it online and you are a no show. I told her again we have been coming for ever 10 years, and I would not pay this fee as it must be some issue on their end. She said, we are revoking your privileges till you pay. I told her not to bother revoking my privileges, as neither I or my husband will ever return there - and she told me OK, I will make a note of that on your file. I have gone to Victor, George, Frank, Valeria and years before June and Benja for our therapy. We will not return. This is the difference that poorly trained customer service staff make on your business. RMT's here work at other locations too, and with many locations in Milton for massages, there is zero reason to ever come back here. This is how they treat a 10+ year customer. Zero customer service skills. That's what makes or breaks your business.

Then I was simply asked "What have you done for this in the past?" I responded "Acupuncture." To which he replied "Okay, let's do that." I was hooked up and he left. It felt good, took care of the issue and he came back to due a small adjustment and he said I should be back in a day or two for another session. It was an alright experience but I got the impression that my issue or just me as a patient just wasn't all that important to the doctor. The clinic was packed with people in different rooms, the waiting room was full. It was clear he was treating up to 5 or 6 people at a time which is okay I guess, I understand that you can do an adjustment on someone while the other guy is getting acupuncture. But the thought kept creeping in to mind that maximizing profit was more important than my issue. You can get great treatment here, but I just like to have a bit more of a one-on-one experience with a personable doctor that has a vested interested in getting you better. Not sure you can get that here. Maybe you can, maybe I just had a bad experience, maybe my standards are too high. Not sure, but I've found another chiropractor I prefer. This place is worth checking out if your new to the area and need some treatment.

You can definitely go the way of "quiet relaxation" or "chatty bursts" during your massage, and they're good with either, readily adapting to your massage style. They'll also completely tailor your massage to what you're saying, but treat it holistically (eg. My neck was Death for a week before I wandered in; they worked not just my neck, but the rest of the interconnected muscles that were contributing to the stiff neck - all the way down to my lower back). Shawna is my go-to (she has amazing pressure, and enough strength to tackle even my knotted back muscles), but you're always free to go to other therapists if your usual isn't available for the day you need. I've also seen Dara, Rachel, and Kristen - all lovely ladies as well. The online booking system is super convenient as well, and you can book up to the day beforehand online. They also do direct billing for your coverage, which is lovely. Highly, highly recommend.
