We used kitchen USA Woodworking for all cabinetry in our new home including the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom cabinets as well as for a unique great room wall and sunroom and bar area shelves. Ken have been providing us high quality, great value, cabinetry for over 14 years. We always think of them first for any custom woodworking project and we have recommended them to friends often. One thing that stood out for us as we were designing our new home in jacksonville,We shared a picture of the great room wall with ken which is the showcase of our home. The wall runs from floor to ceiling and the original wood we chose was zebra wood. Ken was concerned about our choice and instead of simply crafting the wall as we suggested, he took the time share an option with us. Ken brought us into his shop floor and created sizeable samples of both zebra wood and hickory. He let us see several different stains and how they would look when finished. If he had not taken the time to do this, we would have made a critical mistake and wall would have been overwhelming in the room. Instead the hickory great room wall along with all the custom cabinetry Kitchen USA built for us were major factors in why our home was chosen for Ponte Vedra Parade of Homes in 2022. Kitchens USA was referred to me after I viewed a friend's newly remodeled kitchen at her beach house. STUNNING! After seeing that, I called them for my kitchen which has been waiting for the right person/company and most importantly..a reasonable cost which I was not getting and this had been going on for 12 years!! Called them, they gave the proposal and plan on the email to me. SOLD! 16 ft of wall upper and lower cabinetry (two glass paned upper cabinets including a glass paned corner upper cabinet and on other side of kitchen is the cooking station and they put together cabinetry for a Tuscan presentation. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! All cabinets and pull outs have the "hydraulic" function and drawers have the organizers and cutlery trays. NEXT is the ISLAND which will be 4ft by 9ft which is being designed. For months now we have been working together. If anything was wrong....I'd have ALREADY spotted it by now. I did a lot of research before choosing someone for my kitchen project. I went with a cheaper, more cookie cutter company for my bathroom late last year and was not satisfied. Kitchen USA advertises as quality products for a fair price and that's what I wanted. They delivered. After the salesman visited my home it took a few days to receive quote for cabinets. They were willing to talk with me, answer any questions, whatever I needed. When it finally came time to finalize they really made sure I understood the process. I only ordered countertops from them but they did such a wonderful job on the installation that I'm going to see them for my bathroom remodel. I don't like seams in my countertops and they were able to accomplish that, along with giving me a very nice pass-through shelf.
