Max and Andrew came out the next day to see if this was something they could do, after they saw it in person it became clear this job (had three other quotes as much as 6x as high) wouldn't happen without a huge expense. Max suggested we consider the cost to take out all the Corian and put in Granite countertops and install the new kitchen sink and then also the new cooktop as well. The two guys measured our current countertops including the cutouts and figured out how much approximately it would be for all NEW countertops. Now, we really hadn't been thinking about installing all new Granite countertops until they told us that they only charge for the labor to install and that we could buy the stone slab directly at wholesale from the tile company... and they would still warranty the work!!!!! What??? The price of just keeping the old countertop and cutting out the old sink (not including putting in the new sink) was 1/3 of the cost of putting in all new countertops with all the cutouts for the new appliances and installing the sink. So, we decided on new countertops!!!!!! Everything with the bid, the ordering of the stone, the cutout and installation of the sink and then the installation of the last countertop and cutout for the new cooktop appliance was seemless!!!! These guys are professional, affordable, and they do excellent work!!! Hire them for your new kitchen, bathroom, or outdoor project, you will be happy you did!!!! OUR KITCHEN IS GORGEOUS, THANK YOU MAX!!!!

Max was responsive to all of my phone calls and questions and they got the job done very quickly. We ordered the granite directly from the wholesaler on Wednesday, it was delivered to him on Thursday and he installed it on Saturday morning. We are very happy with with our counters and Max and his associate were very nice.

So.. We decided it was time to put new granite in our house. We've used Planet Granite in our…read moreprevious house and we're very satisfied. My wife an I went to the business and asked to see some granite options. We basically new the color and pattern we were looking for. They assigned us Shauna Sauer. She was pretty attentive to our needs, took notes and sent on our way with a couple of samples. We went back the following Saturday to look at the whole slabs again and maybe some other choices. We never seen Shauna again. This time they assigned us Reese Hunt. He was equally attentive and helpful that day. With both Shauna and Reese my wife and I repeated that we both wanted to be involved in picking out the slabs, so we could be comfortable with the colors and grains. So far so good. This is where things go south. I called Reese the following Monday to get things moving because we made our selection. He didn't call me back until Tuesday afternoon. I was out but called him as soon as seen the message. Once again crickets. Then on Wednesday afternoon I called and asked to speak to the manager, sales manager, someone... The receptionist said she gave a message to the sales manager. Bingo, within minutes Reese called me back. I told our selection and I'd like to get a template done, he said they would be in touch. Once again crickets. A few days later I get an appointed with the guy doing the template. Very professional, very courteous and completed the template quickly with was nice as I was having new flooring put in. He said they'd be in touch the schedule the install. A few days pass and I get a call that the Install can be don the following week and we could come in the store in 2 days to work on the template layout on the slabs. We come in on that Thursday, stand around for 20 minutes until the layout guy, I can't remember his name comes an gets us. We go to his computer and he starts lining up the virtual templates on 2 pictures of slabs loading in his software. We stopped him and said we're not to this point yet as we haven't even picked out the slabs yet. He said, sure you did and here's the pictures. We both said I don't who picked those but they were not us. He got a little irritated, and went to get Reece. Reece knew we were waiting at this guys desk, but proceeded to complete a 20-25 minute phone call. When he came over and we explained the issue, he go combative and insisted that all the slabs were the same. I said I didn't care because we repeatedly indicated WE wanted to pick the slabs not have them picked for us. He then calmed down and said he misunderstood us. Misunderstood this statement "My wife and I want to come in and pick the slabs ourself" It was spoken in English. Any we decided to see what the layout guy could do. He was prenominal. 5 Stars for him. The installers, Gabe and Keion did a fantastic job. great seam work. Great work mounting the sink. Awesome job with the demo, not damaging anything. 5 stars for them. Combine 3 stars for MIA Shauna, and 1 star(being generous) for Reece, its' a 3 star review. I think they are a little pricy, but most of there team is great and they have great products.

This was a 25k order for our kitchen remodel. 1) cabinets over a month late on their delivery date 2) many cabinets wrong upon arrival 3) cracked boxes, wrong door fronts, out of square openings etc 4) 2 cabinets were the wrong color paint 5) they promised they could fix them, when they came out to repaint them they couldn't match the color (this is their own custom color) 6) decided to repaint the entire kitchen despite my concerns about the less than clean environment 7) completely destroyed the finish on the cabinets - twice 8) refused to accept responsibility or attempt to fix it 9) refunded our entire order 10) one part of the island has to be re-made 3 times and it was still wrong upon last shipment 11) months later my contractors are trying to adjust the doors and drawers and the openings are not even square I could go on and on. Please do not use this company. I think my cabinets were a rush job from the beginning and the problems just kept coming and coming. My GC had to hire a restoration company to come out, sand everything down and repaint them for a 3rd time. These were not builders grade cabinets - these were expansive custom cabinets. I didn't really receive an apology, just a "here's your money back, we want to wash our hands of you". My GC agreed I was not being a difficult customer - even the designer and manager from Schroll agreed they were terrible. However, they said they didn't think they could please me at that point. Like it was my fault for not accepting a really sub-par job. The communication between all their employees was horrendous and the owner of the company was less than professional or gracious. Stay away. There are much better choices for cabinet companies in Colorado Springs.

We…read morewere pleased with our experience until the final payment was made upon delivery of the cabinets. After that, customer service was abysmal. Multiple pieces of cabinet/wood were not labeled as to where they should be installed. This led to a set of cabinets being installed wrong. It would require additional expense to fix the error. One cabinet was delivered with a defect 11 inches long and 2 inch wide on the door front. The hardware for a "soft-close" drawer was delivered broken. It required multiple phone calls to replace the panel and months (including an in-person visit to the showroom) to receive the drawer hardware that we had to fix ourselves. We CANNOT recommend Schroll cabinets and state: BUYER BEWARE.
