Didn't pay attention to what actually went into trailer. Trusted the quality of what I was getting. Get home only to find out it's full of rocks. Rocks big enough to make it unusable to fit in between crevices of stepping stones. I had to return it.. which was something I've never done. Vic took it back, helped me unload it and was apologetic. Vic personally told me he "owed me one". 2) a month later I purchased 2 yards of concrete mix from Vic... was pouring concrete that day and found myself short about 1/16 to 1/8 yard. I went back to Vic.. kindly showed him photos of how I was a quarter wheelbarrow short.. and politely reminded him how I had to return the decomposed granite a month back due to all the rock that got scooped in with it. I thought Vic would Comp me such a small amount of concrete mix.. I was asking for 1/8 yard.. which at $38 per yard the math works out to be $4.75 of mix.. Vic proceeded to overcharge me at $6 .. I'm not upset over the price.. it's the principle of him "owing me one". I will start going to axner excavating even though it's 3 times the distance from my house. Vic lost a customer based on his apparent "word".

The organic soil grows really great vegetables and Vic is very particular about not getting pesticide and chemical ridden material for his soils like most places in this area. Every three or four years if you add mushroom compost to the surface of your garden it will continue growing and producing in abundance. We found the mushroom compost to be very good or fruit trees as well. Put it around the base of your peach and nectarine trees to stave off leaf curl and produce sweet juicy fruit. Thanks Guys!

Each week we have something for everyone and at prices anyone can afford, and we don't mean last seasons trends. Its common place for our customers to be shocked when they find an item at Price Drop that they have been really wanting to buy either from the online retail giant or brick and mortar mogals but haven't been able to justify the splurge of $40- $80. in this economy for something that is not a necessity. They are thrilled to find out that we have it and depending on the day of the week and not the retail price of the item it ranges from $9-$3 dollars. We are a local family owned retail store they really wants to be known as the best deal in town. So we work really hard to source the best products and selection at the very best prices. So we can pass the saving on to the consumer we eliminate the typical labor cost associated with processing new inventory and displaying it on shelfs in stead we toss most of it all into bins and everything is priced the same excluding the high roller racks and items which are priced at 50% or below MSRP.

When we decided on a product, Chris prepared an estimate for our consideration. We confirmed and placed the order. Within a few days, we had our delivery. We subsequently had to replace our joists that had deteriorated. Chris made sure we had excellent straight treated joist boards that were delivered the next day.
