The chef welcomed us a few minutes before the class started and quickly got us signed in. The chef, Diego and his assistant gave us an overview of the class and gave us a minute to get our drinks, options were endless amounts of homemade sangria and white/red wines. The sangria was made by the chef himself with his own special flavor and it was BY FAR the best we had tasted in all of Spain! We spent the next 90 minutes making fish, sauces, lamb, pork, gazpacho, and scallops. He pre-made a few things but much of it he taught us to make. First of all, he was super friendly, spoke fluent english, highly knowledgeable and overall a fantastic host. Altogether the class was 6 people, my mom and I, and two other American couples. This honestly was one of the best experiences during our trip to Spain. We made the foods and then ate them all together at the end. I would highly recommend!!
