We could tell that she genuinely enjoyed teaching the course and was full of excitement the entire time. We were so full by the end of the tapas course that we could barely finish- the recipes that she taught us to make were beyond outstanding. Any food which you have not finished eating you may take home, otherwise it is donated. When my fiancé and I are in Madrid again, we've already discussed taking the Paella class!

The chef was very patient when teaching us how to cook the dishes. At the end of the class, we were given a recipe book on the dishes we cooked. Also, a few spices were available to purchase when the class was over.

I don't know about their collection of pots and pans, I saw some on display, but it's likely that they either have more stock than what's out on the floor or they can order items for you. You can easily do serious damage to your wallet here, but you are going to have so much fun doing it. My wish list just keeps growing.

Cristina, the owner, was so accommodating in arranging a class for us, three non-Spanish speaking American tourists. And she gave us each an apron and a bottle of of wine. No trip to Madrid would be complete with a Cooking Club class!
