The chef was very patient when teaching us how to cook the dishes. At the end of the class, we were given a recipe book on the dishes we cooked. The quality of the instruction was OUTSTANDING and the staff were so warm and friendly. And the food was AMAZING, and so plentiful! The classes are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this as an activity while on vacation there to my American friends and to my Spanish friends who wish to learn how to cook amazing, healthy food.

You can easily do serious damage to your wallet here, but you are going to have so much fun doing it. My wish list just keeps growing.
