This is a beautiful casino. You do need your passport to enter, but there is no entry fee. The only thing I played was poker and that wasn't that great. I showed up one early evening and they said there were 11 people on the waitlist and it would take hours to get through, so I left. They told me they opened the poker at 2 PM so I should show up 10 to 15 minutes before that to try to get a seat. So I did and they apparently draw names for who they're going to seat first and then everyone else is on the waiting list. There are 3 floors, plenty of games, and a place to exchange your dollars for euros. They will store you bookbags and luggage for you. You will need your passport to enter. Very nice casino. Lost a star because I play Craps and they don't have it there but otherwise it's pretty cool. There are slot machines & roulette machines. They did have tables but I only saw Roulette, Black Jack & Poker. I usually leave my Passport in my hotel and travel with my ID. The clerk at the desk used my ID but she said she really needed the passport for the next time. She actually input info and asked what hotel I was staying at before she gave me a receipt to get in. They also made us check in the shopping bag. Not too sure what we would steal from a casino but rules are rules. It doesn't seem like people do much drinking here either. I saw a bar and just one bartender. No one screaming "Cerveza" or "Beber" through the walkways.....the casino is pretty quiet! We were given a 3€ voucher ticket to get started just for coming by. Upscale Casino and a great place to sit down or pass the time on the Gran Via! An American tourist's review. Facilities: The facilities of the casino are upscale and nice - lots of glitz and glamour. The first floor is primarily slots with a few tables and a bare-bones cocktail bar. The second floor has a collection of tables - mainly blackjack, roulette, and poker. The third floor has two upscale restaurants and a high-roller section of tables which is much nicer than the rest of the casino. There is also an upscale cocktail lounge where you can relax with a drink away from all of the gaming. Overall it is nice - we enjoyed passing the time here and having dinner in one of the restaurants. There is a hotel attached which we did not stay in but the lobby looked nice. Service: Upon walking in you are asked to provide a form of ID to check in. If it is your first time they will take down some basic information and photograph you. I had no problem using my Pennsylvania driver's license to get in. Having come a few times over the course of my vacation, I did not always find the staff to be as welcoming as I'd like - however I realize that there are cultural differences. The exchange rates at the cashier and the ATM were fair. Other Notes: A few of the games have slightly different rules than their American versions in Las Vegas and Atlantic City - make sure to keep an eye out. Roulette and Blackjack come to mind - however Roulette actually has less of a house edge in Europe! Absolutely no outside food is allowed and they will not hold it at the coat check for you. read more

Obviously we loved this casino mainly because we won a lot of money from here. Inside is pretty small but very clean and classy. It's not sketchy like a lot of the smaller dark and dingy casinos around the area. This place has roulette, black jack, slot machines, and some weird Spanish poker game I never heard of. We only stuck to the video roulette machines because my Spanish sucks and didn't want to make a fool of myself at the tables. The bar upstairs in the card room is awesome. Nobody in this casino was drinking but us. The bartenders were happy to be serving someone and gave us some ridiculously huge pours. We tipped them very well. You can't smoke in this casino so it doesn't reek of cigarettes. It's no Vegas but this place certainly entertained us well at night and helped pay for a portion of our trip. read more
