As luck would have it, they had an extra slab of ribs available for the taking. I usually avoid eating ribs out at new places, as I'm usually disappointed. I should have followed my normal rules. They were okay, meaty, fell off the bone. But they had a generic smell, like plain meat cooked in an oven. I honestly think that the moniker of best ribs in town is a running joke with the regulars or something. Their ribs were the absolute worst I have ever had. I believe they boil them and bake or grim them...have you ever seen gray rib meat? ! Someone I'm here posted that the ribs or like those that your old grandma that couldn't cook used to make, and I agree 100% I really think they said in a Crock-Pot all day. However they really should be bragging about their cheeseburgers they were huge and delicious. The service here was as good or better than you would expect the prices were reasonable and they have a great selection of drinks. I only gave them three stars because of all the bragging they do about their ribs, if they had said something about a cheeseburger they would probably get about four and a 1/2. read more

If you like dive bars, this was a pretty good experience. After a wedding someone suggested we stop in here, so we had about 10 people in wedding attire, including a couple in bridesmaid dresses. I thought it looked a little sketchy but aside from a couple good natured jokes about us being overdressed, it was a good time. It was completely packed until 2:15 am, and the karoake was extremely entertaining (some were so bad it was hilariously awesome). read more

We came to the Kit Kat Klub for Friday Karaoke, and had a blast! The place definitely gets packed. We only ordered drinks, so I can't comment on the food. Drink prices seemed very reasonable. All in all, it was a very entertaining spot to visit on a Friday night - I would recommend to a friend. read more

I love the KKK! It's so much fun and it feels like home to me. I live near by so it feels like my neighborhood bar. If you like Karaoke then this place is for you! Friday and Saturday nights are most excellent when it comes to Karaoke. Try it out and you will see. As far as it being labeled a "Dive Bar". I would agree with that to a point. One of the craziest bars I have ever been to outside of college. Packed wall to wall, better make sure you don't mind getting bumped by passer byers. CASH only. I had to walk outside and come in the back door to get my drink and walk back through the lot to my seat. Not very good service, but a great experience you have to have at least once. If you love mass produced swill beers and and very drunken rednecks screaming out horrible karaoke songs while being so crowded in that you can barely get a drink, then this is the place for you. It's less than two miles from my house, so I've been there 3 times, and I'll never go back. The place is so packed that you can't move without bumping someone, or having them bump you. Everyone raves about their ribs, but I've never tried them because they take 3-4 hours to cook, and they won't let you order them after 5pm. The staff doesn't really seem to care at all about you, unless you're a regular, or waving a $20 in the air in front of their face. Their beer menu is limited to tasteless Bud/Miller/Coors type beers. Not a single Michigan brewed beer in the cooler or on tap. I'm not saying that they should have to offer every type of craft beer out there, but a few selections for people that want to taste their beer would be nice. All in all, I think giving that Kit Kay Klub (yeah, let's not forget about those initials either) one star is incredibly generous. read more

great dive bar with delicous food....there ribs are great and on tuesdays they have 10 cent wings..great place to ride your Harley to with some friends on a tuesday for some beers and wings..where else you gonna get 30 wings and a beer for 5.00?? This is good ole bar food. Burgers, fries, coneys, BLT's, wings I've had here. Haven't tried the ribs yet. Yes it can be really packed so you're warned.
