I have had nothing but issues with the Madison location and the horrible insubordinate customer service. I went to tan today and Michayla asked me to sign the book, I did, she said my signature wasn't godd to do it again. No, I signed it, going to go on and preach about it is the law, no it isn't, again that contract I signed for my package covers all tanning laws and protects them. I signed their copy of receipt for a purchase, told her I didn't need my receipt, she said there is the trash throw it away, I left it on the counter and she flicked it at me. I am so tired of the poor customer service at this location, I had same problem with her on my last visit here. I am not asking for the red carpet, don't be rude to your customer. This location needs some serious training when it comes to treating your paying customers nicer!

When I walked in, the staff member was very friendly. The interior is very clean, cozy and modern, and the back area where the beds are located is very clean and spacious! I really like how each tanning bed is in its own room with a chair, garbage, and mirror. It gives a relaxing and homey feel as compared to other tanning salons where the tanning beds are in a very small "stall," kind of like a public bathroom would be set up. I look forward to my next visit!

As I got older and realized the damage I was doing, I started looking for a better spray tan option. I went to Cayla the first time for a custom tan, and was absolutely hooked and blown away. I send everyone I know to see her, and they all feel the same way. I spray for events, or just to feel like I had a getaway. Every single time I get compliments on my tan and I never worry for a minute if it will run/fade/etc. It looks beautiful and it lasts. Cayla is always going for classes or training and she is so passionate about her work. Her studio is adorable, and she makes you so comfortable from the first time you meet her. I will NEVER go back to a tanning bed, and neither should you! Follow her facebook page because she always runs specials!

I have a Level 1 package and pay a little over $20 a month. I know some have a preference of higher levels - but if you are just getting started, this should do the trick for you. Skin Deep is not only affordable but they have a ton of tanning beds too. Besides the day I signed up, I have always been back in a tanning bed within a minute or two of signing in with the employees. They also offer a small towel and goggles for each visit to use. If you are like me, I lose my goggles all the time - so this is a nice feature. I will definitely keep coming back to Skin Deep!

The staff was too-cool-for-school and never tried to learn my name during the month that I came in at least three times a week. On the up side, the beds were new and clean and there was always a special going on. Moral of the story - if you're going to go tanning and you're looking for a decent deal, head to Skin Deep Mega Tanning.
