The dentists at Ash Dental Practice are so knowledgeable and their dental work is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to answer questions and offer advice on any aspect of dental hygiene. They also promote a very relaxed atmosphere especially in the practice room which gives the patient genuine confidence in the dentist. The practice is very busy which shows a high level of confidence in those who work there to do an excellent job and that patients can have trust in the treatment and advice they will receive. I chipped my tooth and had a temporary filling in November 2024 with "The Dental Team". I asked the…read morereceptionist if my Medical card is valid for Dental treatment, she said yes and asked me to fill in the form. After the temporary filling she said there is no payment due and I will be charged for permanent filling in December 2024. I received a letter from NHS asking to pay £100 penalty plus the dental treatment in November 2024. Every time I visited "The Dental Team", there are new receptionists, staff and dentists. I don't find them professional plus give wrong advice. The manager, Anny, doesn't help and always blame the customers. Please don't waste your time and money with "The Dental Team", Stretford, Manchester.

I have never been scared…read moreor traumatised although the extraction of all four of my wisdom teeth at the same time leaving me looking like Mrs Potato Head wasn't particularly pleasant. The Dental Team is an efficiently run dentists in Stretford. There are several dentists who work in the practice and the waiting time is minimal. Nobody looks happy in the waiting room, but like I said, this ain't a fun day out. Perhaps they should employ Indian head massagers to relax the nervous, or put on DVD's of Peter Kay to lighten the mood? What more can I say? Small reception, small minded receptionists but competent dentists who do their job to the best of their ability.
