I had a swollen face, tooth pain and went on to develop dry socket a known risk of extraction. Absolutely NO HELP or care from them. I eventually got an appointment at the fantastic MyDentist in Wavertree Liverpool, who washed out socket, dressed it and gave me antibiotics. Very disappointed with 24/7 after parting with £750!

I queried with the front reception on two points during the hour wait and their standard reply was, you would be seen to next. What was really frustrating was seeing new patients turn up and be seen two within 5 mins. I was close to walking out. Since then, the service has not been great. I received a letter a couple of weeks before my check up a few months back stating my appointment was cancelled so I have taken this opportunity to look elsewhere.
