I do not eat a great deal of Indian of food, it is not my favourite, some of the curry's I don't really like and often I find the food too spicy.
Sometimes I do have it for a change as there are a few dishes that I do enjoy depending on how they're prepared.
So last night I dined at Kish Mish in Maroubra and had one of my favourite dishes the Shahi Malai Kofta. I don't usually eat vegetarian food
either, but the Malai Kofta is so yummy that I make an exception. If you are unfamiliar it is dumplings made from cottage cheese, Mashed potato and raisins which is served in a creamy sauce.
It is quite spicy, but does not burn my mouth out so most people should be safe.
I have had Malai Kofta's in the past which I have not enjoyed at all, but this was a good one. It goes down perfectly with a Garlic Nann to soak up all the sauce. read more
