From every interaction I've had, their team has demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a genuine commitment to helping their clients. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and integrity--if they are unable to assist with a particular matter, they take the time to guide you in the right direction and connect you with the appropriate firm or resources. Their staff is incredibly hardworking, trustworthy, and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring regardless of the situation. I would especially like to recognize Aimee, who is always a pleasure to work with. She brings a positive, personable energy to every interaction while remaining highly effective, knowledgeable, and driven in everything she does. No matter the size or complexity of the case, Nave Law Firm approaches each situation with the same level of care and professionalism. I am truly grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and dedicated legal assistance.

Extremely Disappointed With This Representation…read more I paid this law firm $5,000 for representation, and I honestly feel like I received little to no value for that money. Throughout my case, there was so much miscommunication that I was left without a clear understanding of what my sentence would actually involve and what would be expected of me. I repeatedly felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, my questions were not properly answered, and important details about my plea, probation, and license were not clearly explained to me. I often had to chase down answers myself and do my own research just to understand what was happening with my own case. When I did speak with my attorney, I often felt talked down to and treated as though my questions were a burden. I expected professional communication and patience, especially considering the amount of money I paid for representation. For $5,000, I expected someone who would communicate with me, prepare me, explain my options, listen to my concerns, and actually advocate for me. Instead, I felt like my case was treated as though it wasn't important. Quite honestly, I feel I would have received the same level of attention from a free public defender--and at least then I wouldn't have paid $5,000 expecting personalized legal representation. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this firm to anyone who expects their attorney to communicate with them, treat them with respect, answer their questions, and genuinely advocate for their interests. $5,000 is a significant amount of money. I expected significantly more than what I received.

We hired him for a simple case, gave me the nice talk before we paid him a large sum of money and then never lived up to any thing he said. He didn't do anything in our best interest , made us feel like a burden to do his job. Was very buddy buddy and showed more interest in the people we were up against. Not to mention he NO SHOWED our court dates TWICE. never followed back up with us, sent a younger female attorney in his place, that ended up just simply stating dont ever involve law enforcement. Super helpful to hear that from a paid attorney... this law firm is a joke. And I will be sharing this on every platform. And share with as many people as possible. Please learn my from mistake and hire someone different

This being my 3rd such arrest in a relatively short period of time, I wasn't to optimistic about my chances in this case. However, Adam was able to work his magic, and I won't ruin the ending, but I was pleased with the results. If you made it this far, it should go without saying that I recommend Mr. Militello. I pray I'll never need his services again, but if the worse does happen I know who I'll be calling.

I contacted Aitken Robertson Law Firm when I had the shock of my life. My 17 year old son got a…read moretresspassing ticket under the Provincial Acts. He was also handcuffed and arrested. The dread of every mother is to get a call from the police with the words "come pick up your son, he is under arrest". I contacted Aitken Law firm a few days later, having talked to a string of lawyers and paralegals and finally I talked to the amazing paralegal, Jami Sanftleben. I have no words to describe the professionalism of Jami. He explained the case from the perspective of the police records, from the perspective of Criminal law, from the perspective of future employment for my son and from the perspective of scenarios if he is caught again under the same or a different act. My son is a black man and this is an absolutely terrifying experience for me as a mother. How would this affect my son if he is caught speeding and has another encounter with the police? Can they pull up this record and be biased against him for a simple speeding ticket? How would it affect him if he were to apply for a federal position? How would it affect him if he were to travel to the United States? Can the charges be fought in court and what are the possible outcomes? A whole string of questions were thrown at Jami for nearly 30 minutes. Because I had also read extensively about these charges, he was able to answer the questions from the perspective of all parties concerned: the police, federal and municipal authorities, travel and immigration, future convictions, records and databases. Before i talked to Jami, I had pretty much accepted the idea that my son would probably never overcome this. Black men have to be at the top of the game academically (which my son was) for them to just be the "average" Joe, a counsel I had given my son throughout his life. Now there was one more thing against him that he had worked so hard academically to overcome. It was simply a devastating event. But the professionalism and thoroughness and gentleness of Jami went a long way to be able to see things as they are and less according to my fears and projections. Frankly, the more experienced Criminal lawyers I had talked to were not able to answer these questions as Jami had. There was just a complete thoroughness about Jami that is hard to explain, a clarity and complete composure mixed with a big dose of kindness. Im very grateful to Jami. If you have a case that requires the hands of a paralegal, you will be in excellent hands with Jami. He has my deepest respect for his humanity and my highest admiration for his thoroughness and depth of knowledge. Thank you very much, Jami!

My case was pushed off to 2 paralegals without my knowledge and I was to communicate with just them. In the end she wanted me to pled guilty. I spent thousands of dollars when I would have had the same outcome if I had done it on my own. Overall a very disturbing experience on a very serious matter and I would not recommend them.

When this began, I didn't know where to start. I even dropped his name in Chat GPT and Ai said, "Fiandach was the strongest with a 4.9/5 rating!!" Now I understand why. His steadfast, strategic, and confident approach graciously gave us the patience and reassurance to trust your process. Throughout the case, Ed and his office team worked seamlessly and kept us grounded by focusing on the facts and helping us manage expectations every step of the way. Most importantly, his efforts ensured that my daughter could move forward without a mark on her police record protecting future employment. For that, our family is deeply grateful.

Thank god for the public defender that got my sentence reversed, as Mr fiandach sold me out , then after court his office sent me a letter stating this office will not be doing my appeal due to a conflict. You'd think that this would be brought up before he moved forward with my case . Never had the same attorney at court , know one knew anything other than where the bank was to cash my check ! Ed is a glorified car salesman who lies and steals . A money hungry bum .
