While we ended up not needing his true service as my father passed away unfortunately, fairly quickly, the real value came afterwards in splitting up assets between myself and my sibling. And - they file incorrectly with the relevant County Surrogate Court. This firm has held up Probating my Father's Estate from his death June 23rd - was returned to their office on Oct 29. Filed incorrectly. oh - they never actually FILED until 10/24. Really? they created the Will AND the Trust!!! Today is 11/12 - Safe Harbor has NOT YET notified me that the Probate Petition was returned to them on 10/29??? Hmm.
