So before we did the tile, we let him go. He may have tile skills; but we couldn't afford to take the chance! Damaged our stairs taking down cabinets that he said he would use on another job (where people might be in need); but actually for himself and his outdoor kitchen. He ended up going through our belongings and emptying two drawers without permission and just took them while we were not home. Bill claims to have electrical, plumbing and contracting skills. Do not hire him to do any of that!!!! Seemingly nice man that boasts about his skills and tells you how he will walk out if he doesn't like how you handle things. Should have known better when he told me about his last clients, how they didn't pay him, he could sue them and walked out on them shortly after beginning the project... They begged him to come back??!! Could not figure out how to install a ceiling fan wall switch. Opened three fans and strewed them all over kitchen, dining room and living room. Did not clean up any of his mess & left our home and our deck in complete disarray. He wanted to be paid for every hour he was at our home even though he wasn't working on anything!! I'd like to say "Bye Gone's" to the situation; but it appears that others need to be warned. Be leery of this "contractor!!"

Everyone from the TMC crew was great to work with, we had a rather large project and we did not mind seeing the TMC crew every morning bright and early! From the very start, their team was professional. The sales process was transparent, insightful, and educational as we had to discuss what our vision was for our home while the TMC team helped us put a plan together to make it happen. As for the work and team, every member was meticulous with every detail of our project (siding, windows, and covered wrap around porch), and really took pride in their work. What should have been a straightforward job dragged on for 9 straight days and still wasn't close to being finished. The countertops were unleveled, had uneven edges, didn't align with appliances, and had inconsistent patterns with visible bubbles and lines. Parts of it weren't upholstered well, making it easy to maneuver instead of being sturdy. The backsplash was also messed up, leaving a noticeable gap at the back of the counters. The undersink plumbing was done so poorly that water gushed out of the piping, so I had to hire another contractor to fix that. Olivia was committed to address some of these things, but the final straw was the lack of plastic covering in the kitchen and living room, leaving everything coated in dust. I even experienced some breathing issues afterward due to all the dust in the air. Because of this, I ultimately stopped the job a day before it was contracted to be complete. It's now been a month since I went beyond the contract to pay 50% of the last payment, yet I've received no reconciliation. I have not seen any license number for her business which probably should've been my first clue. Disappointed.

Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.
