I'll never step in Pinch a Penny again as this was not the first time that I had a bad experience there. I'll be glad to drive totally across town in order to deal with quality customer service driven people like Tamara at Backyard Water pool supplies.

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.
