The problem is, it's one of those tasks that often gets bumped to the very end of the "to do" list when it really shouldn't; it seems too difficult, complicated or expensive. We hired Stephen E. Grant to draw up our living trust and he made the process incredibly easy for us - starting with a clearly worded, detailed intake form that really helped us crystallize what we wanted to include. He communicated clearly with us throughout the process, patiently and accurately answered all our questions and drew up a solid, thorough estate plan including a living trust, wills and health care POA for a very reasonable price. We are so glad we didn't procrastinate and finally got this done. Quality legal counsel doesn't have to be intimidating or prohibitively expensive and Mr. Grant made it a smooth (and from our end) easy process.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Vojdani yesterday, and I genuinely cannot express how…read moregrateful I am for his time, professionalism, and compassion. Despite his busy schedule, he made time to speak with me at 9:20 PM, well after normal business hours. I honestly can't imagine many attorneys going out of their way to accommodate someone so late in the evening, especially without charging a single dollar. We spoke for approximately 15 minutes about a particularly difficult and complicated legal matter. Although my situation has limited legal options at the moment, Mr. Vojdani took the time to carefully listen, understand the circumstances, explain what could and couldn't be done, and guide me through my available options. What impressed me most wasn't just his knowledge and experience, but his genuine empathy, patience, and compassion. He never made me feel rushed, never interrupted me, and thoughtfully addressed every concern to the best of his ability. In a world where legal services can often feel transactional, this experience truly stood out to me. So many attorneys charge substantial fees just for an initial consultation, while others require you to speak with an assistant, explain your entire situation, and then wait to see whether an attorney might eventually return your call for a brief conversation. Mr. Vojdani was different. Here was an attorney with over 20 years of experience, taking time out of his personal evening to speak with someone he had never met, with no payment, no retainer agreement, and no guarantee of future business. He simply wanted to understand my concerns and offer whatever guidance he could. That level of kindness, integrity, and professionalism is something I don't take lightly. Although there may not be much he or any other attorney can do about my particular situation at this moment, Mr. Vojdani will absolutely be the first person I contact should I ever need legal assistance in the future. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends, family, and colleagues. And if you're reading this while considering reaching out to him, I would strongly encourage you to do so. Sometimes, what truly distinguishes a professional isn't just their expertise, but how they treat people when there's absolutely nothing in it for them. Mr. Vojdani demonstrated exactly that. Thank you again, Mr. Vojdani, for your generosity, your time, and most importantly, your humanity. I'm sincerely grateful.
