A lot of time missing from working on customers cars. Owner and his wife get no real work done on time, wife only works couple hours a day and never returns calls or emails. Always ordering wrong parts or not ordering parts at all. I went in there to get her car calm and collected after I quit and the owners wife called the police. They set a payment plan with the young lady without insurance that hit my daughters car and told me I set up a payment plan when all the checks and a long 8 minute video that is too long to load her car stated he set a payment plan with her, they will lie right to your face and talk crap about you when you leave. They get mad if you want your car back in a timely fashion always saying " there is only 2 people in the shop" when they run off and do their own house, car or other projects like fridge or cabinet in the office instead of peoples cars. They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles.
