He is very thorough in his assessments and excellent in follow-up. He will try to find a remedy to every medical issue I have and so far he's good at it. He is a combination of traditional and modern medicine. Traditional in a sense that he doesn't just rely on blood work but he would recommend a double check just to make sure. He's a great guy to talk to, the type that you can be confident to tell your medical issues without reservation. Most of all, he cares for his patients.

I've been receiving chiropractic care off and on for over 40 years, and I've had many great…read morechiropractors who've helped me along the way. What stands out about this chiropractor is his unique technique that encourages muscle healing and natural alignment without the need for intense twisting or bone snapping. His treatments provide lasting relief, and I've noticed that my back stays aligned and stronger for longer between visits. Even after life's little accidents, like tripping over the cat by the front door, his care has helped me recover quickly and maintain comfort. I truly appreciate the thoughtful, gentle approach and the lasting results that come from his focus on muscle balance and alignment.

Chiro care was minimal. The few times I went in, he did a "tap tap tap" on my back then sat a…read morevibration tool on it for 15 min and that was that. He was a very nice guy though. Had a few visits and received no relief. I was a self pay so that was very discouraging. I was told one leg is longer than the other and that could be causing my pain, but turns out I had Cauda Equina entrapment. Anyway, the real reason I came here and on a more disappointing note... the old lady who either hates or must be bored with her life at the front desk was snarky and not receptive to wanting to help me obtain medical records being requested by my lawyer. HE asked ME to obtain any new visit information I might need for my disability claim. Apparently she went to law school too (rolling my eyes if you can't tell it's a joke) and told me lawyers should only be requesting these medical records and wouldn't have asked me to do his leg work. . . Well, Karen, he did and I did not need to justify that to YOU. I requested medical records and was told it could take up to a month to receive. I swear, she put a reminder alert 1 month to the day to print the whole 15 pages I needed and then never even called me to tell me they were ready for pick up even though I had called and left voicemails a handful of times over the course of that month trying to get an update. Finally when I called and reached her she told me they were ready a few days ago now but couldn't give me the courtesy to let me know given the fact I've been checking in often for this information. When I walked in, she was doing nothing at her desk and no one was there, so to justify a month long wait for a 15 pg medical record is very unlikely unless you're purposely trying to be a dipstick. I felt she was trying to go out of her way to be unhelpful from the second I called. She used belittling phrases such as, "I'm sorry that you feel that way"but I'm the most UNsorry tone of voice. If you know, you know. Well, I'm sorry Dr. Crockett that you have a miserable clown working as the face of your office and if you want your patience to feel valued, cared for, respected, and treated like you guys give a flying monkeys tail about them, I recommend having a 1on1 with her in customer communications. I don't even know her name but I'm sure you know exactly who I'm talking about.
