Marc was out of town but immediately put us in touch with Lou to chat. Lou and Kim were able to make it out to the house the following day to do a video tour with us. Lou helped us with the negotiation and advised us on how to make our offer the most competitive. We were up against other buyers and thankfully won out thanks to Lou's expertise. Once Marc was back in town he took over and our texts and calls to him never went unanswered, he always made himself available to answer questions day, night, and over the weekend.
