Dr. Allie totally took it in stride and was so great with him. She took the time to explain how chiropractic works, showed us bones and muscles, and eased him into the treatment. (I've requested that the good folk of Yelp correct his listing to reflect his office is on Oak Hill Rd (not Park), so hopefully by the time you read this, they have.) I've had an ongoing issue that no other chiropractor has been able to resolve. So I was pretty elated that after just ONE visit, Dr. La Casto identified, treated, and had me feeling better than I had in about a year. I guess chronic pain had impacted me in more ways than I'd realized, because after being brought back into proper alignment, my level of energy and sense of well-being increased dramatically, and even my mood improved. It felt like, not only had a heavy weight been lifted off of me, but the dark cloud disappeared, too. Range of motion and mobility? Restored, along with the spring in my step. I am currently recovering from my second surgery completed in early February. I find Dr. Orlando to be knowledgable, courteous and empathetic. My initial surgery took place in December 2022 and I have made a full recovery with full ROM in the shoulder. I am so thankful for this surgeon who finally found the cause and relief from the extreme pain I had been experiencing for more than four years. Yesterday as I was waiting for Stacey a young lady (another McKenzie) from the the front counter asked me to come to it as we have an issue with some of your appointments. So she proceeded to tell me that my allotment of appointments will have to be reduced as per the paperwork they have. I tried to explain to her my side of the story but she did not want to listen to one word I was saying. She even went as far as to tell me she would be reducing the remaining appointments I have. I asked her if we could discuss this tomorrow when I bring in my paperwork which would show she was wrong. After some further talking I convinced her to this. So when I got home I found my paperwork and called. What was really annoying was when I told her that my paperwork would show that she was wrong she basically told me she would not believe it. She is even the office manager. She sure should learn to to be lot more tactful when dealing with situations like this. She was actually rude to me.
