Today my daughter and I had some special issues with our new running regime, mine was pain in my knee. Dr.McGaughey listened to us, checked on the issues and gave us some tools(stretches And exercises) to use improve our condition and run without pain. It was just what I needed to stop feeling down and get back to work and healing. My son also told me that Dr. McGaughey made his neck feel better after the adjustment. We are regulars because we know how valuable our health is and how much Chiropractic care improves our health naturally. Thank you Team McGaughey!

He was so kind and gentle with us both and our visits greatly improved our mobility and pain levels. Then one day, we went for our appointments when he was short with both of us. He was very rough with my spinal adjustment and he caused so much tissue damage in back and front rib cage I am still in a lot of pain. His treatment decreased my mobility so much that it has impacted my ability to care for my very ill husband of 62 years! During our times with him that day, he appeared to be very angry-as if he had just lost his temper. We have no idea what set him off. He is also the same age as we are, or of very similar age. I strongly recommend you think twice before using Hixson (title omitted due to lack of medical ethics). My husband is now in physical therapy due to increased pain in his hip and ribcage.

My experience at Cohen Soft Tissue and Chiropractic has been nothing short of amazing…read more As a hairdresser of over 25 years I was experiencing pain in my calf...like the kind of pain where every step i took i thought about it. I had to put my membership at my Gym on hold, and then, because the rest wasn't helping to remedy the pain, i had to cancel my membership. Everyday at work i was preoccupied by the pain i was experiencing. i was feeling hopeless. A friend recommended her chiropractor.... i was a tad leery because the snap, crackle and pop of traditional chiropractors had left me fearful. I was also not crazy about being chained to a Dr. with no end in sight. I decided to go see Dr. Cohen . The office staff are so kind and helpful, amazing first friendly face to encounter. I also really appreciated that your first appointment with the Dr. was to get to know you and see if your pains are a match for his specialty. When you have your first exam, the Dr. comes up with a plan for you, including a timeline! From that point on, I have completely enjoyed and looked forward to my appointments, all the while knowing their goal is to get me feeling better, provide exercises to compliment my treatment and send me on my way, pain free! I'm happy to report my calf pain, gone....gone after the second appointment! ALSO.... The Dr. asks at every appointment , " Do you have any questions or concerns?" We've since moved on to other areas that have been tight and have prevented fluid motion, I'm kind of hooked! I really like having @mydrcohen in my corner. He's kind, funny and can identify the cause of your pain lickety split. Not your run of the mill Chiropractor. What a GEM!

He and his team were amazing from the time I made the first phone call. Lisa answered the phone right away and got me booked within a week or so. I was in tears during my initial consult, trying to explain my 24/7 pain as it was dismissed by two other doctors and a local physical therapy clinic. After my first treatment visit with Dr. McAllister, shockingly, I experienced improvement in my pain. It was noticeable, immediately. He took my consult seriously, reviewed my imaging in detail before I had arrived, and truly listened to me about where I thought the pain was coming from. Every visit since then, there's been pain improvement. Looking back to what my condition was when I first started, I can't believe I lived with pain that long, thinking it was all in my head or wasn't severe enough for other doctors to take it seriously. I can't recommend Dr. McAllister enough - this type of soft tissue Chiropractic care is real. No meds needed. If you'd been in pain with no answers from other doctors and no relief, or just want to explore a new Doctor for maintenance care, please give Dr. McAllister a try. He will hear you and customize a treatment plan to address you as a person and your pain.
